0 stars.today at this location I was discriminated against for being a man of colour at 3:35pm by one of your white female cashiers. I’m a 34 years old male. While in the middle of checking out buying a six pack of can Busch beer, as I was being checked out when a red headed I believe with glasses middle aged cashier came up and snatched my I’d from a younger blonde hair coloured female cashier who was vary nice by the way. The red headed female turned to me and her saying she can’t serve me because my id was few weeks expired, but it’s a legit piece of Id with my correct age and photo which was confirmed, but still refused to serve to me with an attitude. I asked for two other managers and they both refused me.. So I told them how I felt about being discriminated against and left..Shortly after about 5mins later I had someone else come inside who is a white male and he didn’t even get asked for ID at all and he looked much younger than me and. we have it on film and you can find it on your security cameras between timestamp 3:00pm and 4pm April-21-2022 at location Tecumseh west. I will be filing a discriminatory report against this store and the cashier, assistant manager and head manager. Along with posting the footage online of me being refused for expired id at same time him not even being id.his could of been expired too or here could of been underage but they didn’t care to check..if you make a big deal about expiry date I would expect you looked at every piece of id not just the ones you feel like...

There is a security guard that works there he has had multiple complaints I had addressed it in the shop as well as another older lady and we were told if we don't like it get out by the manager. I asked for the security guards name he would not even give it to me .he makes you feel so uncomfortable in that store follows you up and down the aisles when I was in the self-checkout he was standing behind me again very very uncomfortable looking in my cart underneath to see if I had taken anything and the older lady same thing where she addressed it as well and we were told if we don't like it leave so that is an issue in itself that the manager came out without even knowing what the issue was. He immediately told us without even hearing what the problem ways to get out. He was not even present during this he was just appeared and that store alone has a lot of homeless in there and theft and I think they should be focusing on the ones who are actually stealing instead of the people who have been shopping there for years who will...

Cons: No baskets (I’ve heard insider intel saying they occasionally have them but that they’re stolen frequently 🙃) so if you want to buy more than an arms full, you need to push an unwieldy cart around no price matching (I would come here 100% of the time if they had it 😢) worst parking lot in Windsor! If you’re not swivelling your head every 0.00001 milliseconds, you might get hit as there’s no clearly marked division of the throughway and the parking spaces
