Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

First off, I'm a fan of Domino's. First visit to this location to pick up online order.

Edit:. In true Domino's fashion, I was contacted by the store to try and understand my issue in more detail and do everything they can to correct the issue - thanks Domino's!

I arrive at the counter and told pizza is not ready. I waited ten minutes and approached the counter again. The clerk showed us the paper receipt of my order and asked me to confirm. Waited another ten minutes, then the delivery guy entered the shop saw our frustration and attempted to get our order..He inquires with the team and informs us that our pizza had not been started yet (likely given to someone else). To attempt to resolve, he says we can wait or have another similar pizza that is ready...I ask to see it and say we'll take it because we are tired of waiting... Get home, the pizza had clearly been sitting for a while.. disappointing

Besides all this many customers were expressing frustration for...

Ordered 2 pizzas last week and received my notification that they were ready. I arrive to pick them up and they forgot to make one of the two pizzas which was just put in the oven. I said I'm patient, but I want the one that was sitting there to be made again since I have to wait another 10 min for the other one. They agreed. I receive the two pizzas at my car and was suspicious that it only took 3 minutes to get both pizzas. I get home and my suspicions were right. They didn't remake the first pizza as promised and it was the original one that was ready. You can tell by the labels on the box. So I was lied to and got one cold pizza and one that was originally forgotten about.

Seriously, why lie about making another fresh one and not do it. You forgot to make a pizza and you give me a cold one. You lost my business for $10. Horrible way to run a business. My money will go to Pizza Hut from now on. Sure it costs more, but at least they don't lie and care about...

Usually this Dominos is pretty good, but today was lacking BIG TIME. I ordered 2 medium pizzas with 4 small bottles of pop with a coupon for $20.99 (plus taxes and delivery fee). When my order arrived, the pop was missing and I had been charged $27 and change for 2 pizzas and no pop (it would have been $30 and change with the pop). I called the store and they said they had no pop left. Instead of calling me to ask if I wanted something different, I was given two pizzas and no drinks (and subsequently paid more).

It took a full hour from ordering to delivery (which is crazy because usually they have a plethora of delivery drivers).

I got a coupon for a one topping medium pizza for the hour I waited for my warm but no longer fresh from the oven...
