I recently dined at Dwaraka Restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delightful ambiance and food.

The baby corn Manchurian was a delightful starter - crispy and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. The gobi Manchurian was another highlight, offering a tantalizing blend of textures and tastes. As for the naan, it was the perfect accompaniment - soft, fluffy, and cooked to perfection. I can't wait for my next visit to Dwaraka because I've heard their dosa is a must-try. The variety of options on their menu promises an exciting culinary journey.

The food was pretty good In this restaurant but the service of all the girls working is horrible and pathetic. I visit this restaurant very often. Last week itself I came to take out and dine in for almost everyday.

Everytime I come i have seen the same worst service from the working staff.

When I am came for dine in. The girl who was working was almost hiding inside the kitchen itself everytime we need to order something we have to go and knock the kitchen door to call her and order Food and we were the only customers in restaurant.

When I come to pick up food.Even though I ordered one hour before they doesn’t make the food ready and makes to wait another 20 minutes to get the food and the Staff doesn’t even respond properly and when ever i visited the restaurant will be empty with no customers at all. Just staff will be checking their phones.

If the owner doesn’t change the service of staff. Soon customers will stop coming to the restaurant like me stopping to come...

This is my 2nd visit. The food quality and taste is just average. They are understaffed, first thing there is only one girl who is taking orders and gives food at the front and who takes payments. Apart from this they didn’t greet any of their customers and then the second thing there promising time to give food to their customers is 15 minutes but they always waste time of their customers I waited for my food for 40 minutes and still not getting whole order at a time. Thereafter my other dish which I ordered it came after 20 minutes. When I asked to the girl she said just 2 more minutes. They wasted my 1 hour and 30 minutes. The most freakin thing I got hair in my food. What a rubbish and worst service they provide to their customers. I never recommend others to go there. This is my last visit here. I request to the manager to hire more employees and make them learn to their employees about Customer Service Representatives Course. I will never come back again wastage of...
