I am a PizzaExpert on YT and did a video review of this pizza.
First, let me say, in another comment someone mentioned that this was wood fire oven pizza... And it is not.
Let's also set aside the fact that most of the bottom is caked in flour and there are burnt spots all over both the edge and bottom crust.
I, instead want to focus and ask the question why this brand new local pizza place in Windsor chooses to not use locally produced (amazing) Galati cheese (specifically their Uniondale)?! The cheese they use is very bland. Likely Saputo... A sign of cheap, fast food-type mentality.
This place reminds me of Blaze and that's not good pizza either. It's loud and crowded and has a gelato section... Surely this place has not figured out what it wants to be when it's older... But at least the kids will be impressed by the assembly line style service of teenagers who don't know how to cut a pizza properly!
Truly the best thing about this place is the unique salad bread bowl experience. But that took around 5 or 6 minutes to cook in the oven... Doesn't really fit with their fast food-type model.

Read moreRecently, I ordered from Oven 360 like I do regularly with a high degree of satisfaction and the last couple of times I’ve went there, there have been minor issues. The last time I ordered, the deluxe salad came with the dressing already placed on it, making it pretty soggy, but still well-tasting. Today I ordered 2 pizzas, the pepperoni pizza turned out with no issues, but the ‘Quattro Staggioni’ was a different story. As I asked the lady who was topping the pizzas for this pizza, she was unaware of the toppings, fair enough. The issue came as I started to recite the toppings for said pizza. As I was looking at the menu, reading the correct toppings I assumed everything would be alright, but come to find out later at home the artichoke hearts did not make the final cut. Finally, my deluxe salad came with a total of 2 1/2 bocconcini balls, not a major issue, but not completely satisfactory given the price you pay for the salad. I understand everyone has worse days than other and I will continue to support the pizza shop I love, I just came here to voice a few minor issues that I have come across.
Thanks, An Oven...

With excellent service, a plethora of fresh quality toppings to choose from, competitive prices for an exceptional end product - is what this neighborhood has been yearning for. Yes, there are other pizza places in the area that have successful take out and delivery, but the experience is different. If you want to come in you can. To go? No problem. The menu is not over crowded with too many options. I chose to create my own pizza with toppings I was familiar with to give a fair comparison of others. If I enjoyed it - which I did - I will be back to experiment more - which I will!
The only "complaint" if you even want to call it that - is that it shares a plaza style parking lot. It's a bit of a further walk depending where you can find a spot to park, but let's face it. That's not really in their control. So, some sacrifice for a great new local establishment. To a great start, and much...
