Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Ontario

Well, a lot of burrito places are a bit pricey. This one however, is well worth the cost. Burrito made fresh great ingredients. None of this weird process stuff. chips for the side dish are fresh. They've got great choices for spice and they've got all sorts of different menu options for different types of burrito. I like the buffalo chicken one with some ranch medium sauce. Most of the fixings taste great. They've got other options to you from different types of meat like fish, beef, pork and I'm sure they've even got vegetarian options hands down. This is my favorite place to go to. I'd suggest going in person save on the delivery cost of DoorDash or Uber eats. Can't help but love their food. They're simply outstanding! What really sets this place apart though is the incredibly friendly staff. Their welcoming and caring customer service makes every visit a pleasure. I went there today at 1:00 AM and was pleasantly surprised by the good service. Despite the late hour, the staff remained incredibly nice and accommodating. It's rare to find such warmth and hospitality at any time, let alone in the wee hours of the morning. And to my surprise the tacos were so freshly made and flavorful. I also would like to add that the whole place smelled really clean, which is not really common in other restaurants around downtown. Disappointed by my visit here today. Arrived at 12:30pm. Ordered supreme fries. Was told the fryer doesn’t get turned on until later in the day so it would be over 10 minutes to wait. Ordered a burrito and a drink - paid before the burrito was made and wasn’t offered guac, so I had to pay $1.60 after my burrito was made to cover the cost of the guac which was the employee’s mistake for not offering it to me when placing my order and paying for it (which is why most burrito places make your burrito before you pay for it). I had to ask about getting the “burrito of the day” pricing.
