Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

I spend approxamatly 16 dollars each day pretty much everyday of the month food is really good by the way. but half the time I can't get what I want which forces me to go McDonald's next door. which I don't even like but it's because they mess my order up a lot even tho I go there and get the same exact thing everyday cheese burger and hot dog reg fry and large shake sometimes I can't even get a large shake cuse they don't have the right cups or they shut the machine down early it's pretty frustrating being that I spend so much there per month and they some times forget the cheese or somthing like that .. and they always shut the milk shake machine down before closin time like by 9 and some workers act like its a favour to leave it up that long and they don't even close till 10 ? So if you could send a message to leave the milk shake machine up untill closing cuse I hate having to go to McDonald's beacuse of it I'm a loyal customer, I've been going there all year rain snow cold or sunshine so I think it would be okay if you guys could leave it on until closing beings that I get the same thing everytime so they should know by now to stop shutting it down so soon I don't know if it's policy or somthing but it's pretty frustrating being that I bike across town for it and some times get home and it's the wrong order they always correct it the next day but nights like that my food isnt what I've paid for it can't be that hard to remeber cheese when it's...

Although the food is good here, the service is lack luster at best. Every single time I am here, whether it's the drive-thru or in store, the service is atrociously slow! Waiting at the drive-thru window in excess of 10 minutes is an ordinary day here. Never do they come to explain the wait, nor do they apologize when they final dain to appear at the window. Regardless of time of day, or the number of customers, this place is ridiculous for their service. They do not know the definition of fast food. Even if you're the only customer they are serving you will wait more than 10 minutes with no explanation or warning. Training in speed and friendliness of staff would be an asset. If you crave Harvey's be prepared to wait as though you ordered a meal at a sit down restaurant. If you go in you can save the gas of sitting at the window; however, you'll still be left waiting. Although, you'll get the extra treat of watching as three staff members slowly replenish straws and talk about their weekend plans rather than concentrate on...

Stopped in at this location today to order Swiss Chalet Chicken because we no longer have a location in Chatham. Very disappointed at what we received given the price that was charged. We ask for a side baked potato which they didn't have, so we asked for mashed and were told they don't have that either. Only choices Onion Rings, Fries or Fried Dill Pickle. We chose the Fries for one order and Onion Rings for other. Portions of these sides were rather puny to say the least. For what we received for money we paid was disappointing. To boot the chicken was rather tasteless when finally ate it at home. It will be a long time before we ever come back to this location, certainly not for the chicken. Not up to Swiss...
