Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

Came for lunch Friday and let me tell you was my Angus burger ever soo tasty, juicy and 🤤🤤 just perfection what i like in a burger definitely a 5 star rating for that cook, now come today for lunch and got the Angus again as Friday's burger was just insert Homer Simpson drool here, well i was greatly disappointed this time the burger wasn't tasty or juicy at all it was just blah because it was almost burnt and tasted dry. I sat and ate my meal talking to a couple and they've also said that they're regulars here and normally the burger's are like that on certain days, so i asked what could make the two soo different they looked and with a big smile said if you want the burger the way you had it Friday you'll have to come in when the young man is in the kitchen and laughed this is why we order chicken burger's today because you can't mess those up i laughed at the little joke and thanked them for the chit chat and left so before ordering next time I'll be checking to see what cook is in the kitchen deciding on what to order and what...

So I love Harveys well for.. Fast food any ways.. Not this time.. The rude counter girl named Emily..gave me a saucy look and told me l was not "allowed" extra pickles on my burger..only 2 slices allowed, I was. Really Disappointed.. That's why I enyoy Harvey's.. The pickles,. "my burger made my way" .. Either management at this location is Super cheap and doesn't agree with the corporate logo.. Or that girl is Just very rude. Oh and it was dirty.. Crusty dried Sauce on top of bottles and food mess every where behind the counter. I....

Usually our favorite Harvey's... drive 40mins just for their flame broiled burgers. Won't be goin back after tonights mess of a meal. Sign at drive thru states could be 30min wait due to be so busy.... would have gladly waited if food was hot and properly prepared. Everything was stone cold and burgers thrown together, literally, unwrapping dumped condiments all over my lap. Buns were stale and burgers squished and toppings were wrong.
