Hyatt Restaurant — Restaurant in Ontario

So last night my hubby and I ordered from Hyatt’s for the first time as I’ve been really hesitant to order Chinese food in town but honestly the food was amazing even now as it’s the next day and I’m eating some of the left overs as I write this there are some things that I believe should change like the prices I paid $53.35 for food and delivery when our food only came up to like $41 something that’s a lot of money in tax to charge. We got the beef and mixed veg chicken balls with sweet and sour chicken fried rice and their honey garlic ribs…. So now a bit of a rant about a item we bought… the honey garlic ribs… the sauce was good but the ribs were dry the meat fell off the bone but it was like eating saw dust… I had two of the ribs thinking okay maybe it was just a bad one but it was like that for both of them other then that everything else was great loved the food but the ribs and the over...

First time trying them out. Kung pao still wasnt kyng pao but all other dishes were great. Will definately rry them again. They also do buffet which is on my to do list now. Had cantonese fried rice, cantonese chow mein, moo goo guy pan, kung pao beef, honey garlics ribs. All very good, filled with good size veggies and meats.

UPDATE: Was there again for my second visit and must say I was rather dissapointed. This reminded me of Hoyes where every dish was loaded with green peppers, celery and onions. The spicy garlic chicken was not spicy or garlicky. The kung Pao again had no chili peppers and was not spicy at all. All very flavourless. I ended up dumping the liquid out of three dishes and fixed it up with some ginger, garlic, dried chilis szechuan peppercorns and a kung pao sauce to thicken things up. Much...

if i could give this place a zero star i would the lady in the front was very rude to my child and when my kid called for their take out she was rude also was more concerned over her two tables then people coming in and picking up and 15 minute phone calls and we were there first and she was going to serve someone else and when me and my child spoke up about it she replied with i don't know who was here and the other woman was going to order takeout and she was told a hour wait saying it was busy if this owner lived in Hamilton or had a business in hamilton she would see what busy really looked like and first food was cold and tasted like garbage and rude service i would recommend you taking the drive to Hamilton before eating here it made me and my child and my...
