I reviewed a yr ago with 3 stars but now I correct it with one. Dark meat was fine but with NO drumstick, 4 pieces of dark meat and I expected at least one for my wife, and 4 very salty tender with 3 small pieces and 1 half piece of THE small one. I attached a photo so please let me know if I'm wrong. Supposed to have 2 dipping sauce but got none of them, and I didn't want to go there again for a buck. Of course, I won't go there never again, I'd rather drive over 10 min. instead of 3 min. to get another chicken. I think it's all about bad management. I made a bad look to a cashier guy but it's not his fault. He did his best and you're out of this bud. I made an online order to avoid waiting and to get a special offer which became not special anymore. They said they got my order 2 min. ago (5 min. delayed, don't know why) and would take 5 min. Took little more than 10 min. after finishing all orders including an order after me. As I said, I'm not mad on those young guys working under the poor management. I'm seeing stupid about manager who runs the place without a basic concept of online order. If a customer has an app to make an order with, he or she deserves a small advantage than others who don't. Read moreThis is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. Tried it a few times, most staff have poor customer service and just mumble and say no when you want to pay to upgrade combos/sides without giving any reasoning as to why. Takes a long time to get "fast food" from here, you'd think after waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich it would be fresh but no, it's re-fried with bits that are too crunchy/hard to even eat.The worst experience was when I ordered online so I could avoid the 15 minute wait in the store. It was a regular day of the week at lunch time and google said the store was open, and the KFC website let me order from the store and gladly took my money, yet when I went to pick up the food the store was closed. No sign or anything, just weren't open during their scheduled hours yet still online orders can go through. That's a horribly poor system that actually steals from customers. Online ordering needs a huge improvement, it should not be able to take my money without the store confirming the order internally in their systems and it should automatically cancel my order and not charge me if the store doesn't accept the order within 5 minutes or something (I got confirmation emails and everything and it was even tracking that my order was confirmed, and then was...
Read moreShowed up at the time the confirmation email said the food would be ready, in 15min. Waited another 20min, during that time not one person came in the store... it was not busy. When i arrived the 2 employees stood out back talking for 5min before coming to the counter which really didn't matter i guess since i had to wait anyway.
Then they forgot the fries so had to cook them from frozen. While the fries were cooking the employees started cleaning up and wiping down counters, which is great... but change your gloves after you've been cleaning! That didn't happen and then they preceded to serve the fries while wearing the same gloves they were just cleaning with.
So all was ready to go and packed up, gave me my food and was on my way... but wait, they forgot the drinks.
35min total for the order? Needless to say, not a good...
