Mario`s Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

We received our delivery order with 2 of our items missing and an item which was meant for another customer.

The replacement onion rings when it arrived 30 mins later was basically cold and soggy. The new plastic dumb packaging for onions in ridiculously annoying. They sit in their own grease reabsorbing it and the plastic ventilation is inadequate by any means. Large onion rings went right in the trash. It used to be my favourite item. Weird the salad came in card board packaging but onions rings come in plastic container.

So ya. Hopefully they remade the other customer's wings instead of just taking it back from me to give to them as the food was touched because I didn't know we didn't order wings. We ordered rings.

When we inquired where the missing beverage was, as on was shown receipt that showed we didn't order any with a 50+ dollar total. But I've got the receipt showing we did because I placed the order online and got an email and the store of confirmed I did order it when I called and I get the situation rectified. So I don't know whose bill we ended up paying, but we certainly didn't get any of that money back.

I don't expect to be ordering anymore from Marios. They didn't even offer a coupon for the troubles. Not the delivery drivers fault. She was very apologetic and courteous and likely a...

Pizza is really good w/generous toppings, and is affordable. The wings are my favorite in town, big, but crispy, none of that fatty cartilage or gross skin. Just the perfect wings. Hot bundy are my favorite, i also buy the dry wings to add my own hot sauces on.

EDIT: Since big box opened i noticed they were the cheapest in town and had a really good tasting pizza. Until recently it was my new favorite in town. I decided to try marios again and I have to say, I will not get pizza from anywhere else. Big box just raised their prices, and considering how marios has the best wings in town for the price I have no reason to go back to big box. The pizza I had tonight from marios was a thin crust with bacon steak and pineapple (dont judge lol) and it was so full of flavor, more so than usual. Cooked perfectly. Only issue was that I didn't get the potato wedges I ordered. But aside from that, marios is my favorite again.

EDIT: Marios upsized my wedges on my latest order on their own accord, very kind gesture from the owner to make up for the missing potato wedges last order. 10/10 love marios, best Zah and...

Edited to add: I wrote my original review below almost 2 years ago. Today we tried again. Im sitting here 90 minutes after placing the order and 35 minutes after being told it woukd be here any minute. Try literally anywhere else...

Orginal review We've always liked the pizza but the service in the last few months has tanked. Tonight I called after more than an hour and was told it just left the store. 30 mins later I called again and found out it had never been made let alone left the store. I got a brusk sorry, and offer of discount and told it would be here in 45 (2.5h from when i ordered). I cancelled the order. Things get busy, I get it but if they'd dealt with it on the first call instead of lying, I could have gone to pick it up. This isn't the first time in the last few months that it's been like this, really disappointed that after 3 years of decent service, this is the norm.
