Moore-ish Caribbean Cookhouse — Restaurant in Ontario

I was so excited to spot this little gem recently while I was in Paris for business. The variety of options on the menu is far greater than what I've seen in similar establishments. I stopped in for take out and got a Snapper dinner and an Oxtail dinner. Both were amazing. I can't wait to go back and try the curry goat and hubby is excited for the Cow foot dinner. Not my thing but excited for him as this isn't something we've ever seen available and he loves it. And I must mention the Husband and wife team that operate this little gem. I showed up a couple minutes before closing without realizing and was unsure if I’d be able to place an order. Andrea welcomed me in with open arms and made sure that my experience was astoundingly positive. How have I let this little gem slip by me for a year?

Andrea the owner is wonderful, charming and radiates the easy going Caribbean feel.

The food is a perfect balance of just a little spice and heat. A lot of other places, just seems to be rip your face off with Scotch bonnets. But here, you can actually taste the food.
