McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

Came through drive thru on Wednesday night. Our order wasn't being rung in on the screen while we were ordering so we couldn't double check it. Okay, not a big deal. While the lady was taking our order, we were very rushed to finish ordering, weren't told which window to go to, etc. No problem. We get to the window, takes 30 seconds for the two girls to open the window because the one was showing the other something on her phone. The one girl opens the window, takes the bill and before the window shut we let her know we had the quarter for it, and she definitely heard. Quarter was held out to the window and both girls continued to ignore. Finally she opened the window again where we were given a fist full of change, and once again state that he had the quarter so we could have just gotten a 10$ back. She just shook her head and slammed the window. The first girl was still on her phone this whole time, taking her mask off infront of us, and another man came with his mask below his noes as well. We don't frequent McDonald's due to the effect the food has on a person's digestive system (it's unanimous, right?) But we decided last weekend to grab a quick bit before grocery shopping. We zipped through the drive through where I ordered a chicken bacon wrap minus the bacon. Due to having a faulty pancreas, pork could put me in the hospital. Low and behold, once I finally opened my wrap there was bacon on it. So, we drive back, park the car, I go in and ask for a new wrap. The young lady at the counter replaced my meal quite hastily. All is well once again. So back out to the car I go, get in, sit down, open my wrap....THERE'S F@$%ING BACON ON IT!!! I stormed back in and demanded a refund. Of course, I have to wait for somebody with enough authority to issue it. Out comes the general manager (her name is escaping me), she scolds the young lady for asking her to issue this. Apparently the poor girl was supposed to bother someone else to do it. The GM handed me my six dollars and change, no apology, not a word. I guess to most bacon is just bacon. With such complacency and poor workmanship, perhaps minimum wage shouldn't be...

I was treated badly because of My accent. The person who took the order was rude, talking sarcastically. She was perky when she said hi then her voice changed as soon as she heard my accent. I ordered food for close to $50. I asked for onions with the junior chickens. No McDonald’s had ever made a big deal about this. The lady who took the order said no, she will add it to the side and we said thanks. We checked with each person then finally the order came with no onions and I asked them to add it once the guy came to drop off the food. The guy came back saying they won’t do it. I asked why they said they’ll add it and now they’re saying no but he said they don’t do it. I asked to speak to the shift supervisor or manager and they said there’s no one there but they gave us a number. No one picked up of course . The people next to us l, parked were so upset cuz they got the order wrong too and they had to wait until they made it . I honestly feel like the lady taking the order was giving us a hard time...
