McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

The manager is extremely rude all I did was look at her and she completely flipped out on me while I was waiting for my order with a store full of people that should not have had to witness something like when my order was ready my husband proceeded to pick it up he told her that he would she was very rude for treating me like that she proceeded to our table with a piece of paper screaming that she didn't have to take that kind of abuse not sure what she thought she was doing to me but as far as I'm concerned I was treated extremely poorly for just looking at the woman then she proceeded to kick him out (well I was taking my 4 year old daughter to the bathroom) sorry that you were shorthanded and that you're one employee would have liked to go to the bathroom and you wouldn't let the poor guy go I will be contacting the appropriate people about this I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated if there was a 0 star review I...

Took my daughter to get a treat after shopping in Walmart as we don’t often get Mc Donald’s. Was appalled at the state of the Mcdonalds. The service was not kind, the server was quite rude.

There were fruit flies seen when we were leaving all over the ketchup pump and a tray on a table was full of them. When advising the staff of this, the lady just stood there and stared at us. Very awkward.

I also took the time to complete the survey to advise of the conditions and service. Unfortunately, the owner emailed me back and did not seem to care much for the absolute disgusting state or how sick we felt after seeing these fruit flies everywhere!!

The owner did advise we could have a free French fry and drink. Seems so unprofessional! Why would we want this? Please clean the store and offer training support to the staff.

had a horrible experience at this McDonald's. I found insects in both my burger and muffin, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue professionally, she dismissed it as "okay" and refused to offer any refund or replacement. Even worse, she became rude and argumentative, showing zero concern for customer service or food hygiene. Her exact words were something like: "Don't eat McDonald's if you don't like it." – I was shocked.
