The supervisor Sheron Morris is highly unprofessional and condescending. I paid for an order but due to technical issues on their end, it didn't show up yet I was able to confirm via my bank app that it had gone through. She refused to be professional and honour that it had in fact been withdrawn on my end and instead asked me to pay again and "come back in 7 days" if the amount on my card was not refunded. That didn't make sense and she didn't even know whether I was even from around there so how dare you tell someone "come back in 7 days". To make a story short, I then informed her that I had a previous issue with that same location and the manager refunded me and gave me my order for free as a courtesy. This Sheron said "well that's hot happening this time" very rudely. When I asked for her name she gave me her first name and indicated CAPITAL S like I am a fool or idiot and refused to give me her last name. Little does she know I work in the legal field and was able to find her full name so I have filed a formal complaint with head office but feel the need to put this summary here as that is not how you talk to or treat customers when you are the ones having the technical issues. Now my 4 yr old is without his food and his brother as a result of the unprofessionalism displayed by Sheron! McDonald's please have her go for sensitivity training and also she should be wearing a uniform, not a black tie head and home clothes if she is the supervisor. She needs to set an example for the...
Read moreWhat can I say to me 24 million plus readers Well well. 😞 I’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and unfortunately, it seems to be going downhill. The lack of care and concern for customers is noticeable, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Unlike other McDonald’s locations I’ve visited from Hamilton to as far as hours away. this one lacks the friendliness and efficiency I’ve come to expect.
When I walked in, it wasn’t busy, there were maybe two other customers. but it still took more than 5 to 7 minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my order. There was no politeness, no warmth, and no sense of priority. This felt strange, as McDonald’s is usually consistent in creating a welcoming environment and prioritizing customer service.
It was disappointing to experience this, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying a meal and drinks. I hope this location makes an effort to improve its service and return to the high standard McDonald’s is known for. Maybe I would chalk it up to an off day. But I’ve visited this location many times before and it seems to get a little...
Read moreAfter eating here today, I would be fine with being told I can never have McDonald’s again. I understand the limited options with the parking and drive-thru setup, but inside is horribly designed. I approached a counter with no staff up front, for 4-5 minutes. We had to wait to get a high chair, since it looks like they only have two. We finally got one and sat at a table that was still dirty, just like the surrounding ones. After ordering, they soon removed my pickup number from the screen, leaving me to believe someone else grabbed it. Nope, it was just sitting on a shelf in the back, not near anything to keep it heated. After sitting down at this low, tiny table, made to look trendy; I eat my Bic Mac, that was so cold, I could feel the lack of heat when pulling it out of the bag. I didn’t even finish my meal, because it was so bad. On top of it, they now charge the price of a sit down restaurant, and are too cheap to allow refills. So $1 drink days, but no refills when my drink in a combo is triple the price. I don’t remember having a worse experience at any fast food restaurant,...
