Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My pizza delivery was late and the online tracker was showing that my pizza skipped my place and went far east and was stuck at that location for a while. So I called the store to ask about my pizza. I was being nice about it but the girl who picked up had the worst attitude and started yelling at me. She yelled “what do you want me to do” and had zero professionalism or any control of her temper. I asked for her name and she first refused to give it. Then she said that she said her name when she picked up the phone so I should not need to ask her again. Finally after asking for her name a few more times she told me her name was Ember/Amber. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she’s the only one working today. I asked when will the manager be working and she said call back tomorrow and immediately hung up the phone on me. I was sitting there with my pizza nowhere to be seen and the lady working at the store gave me the worst attitude I have experienced. My pizza finally came 22 minutes late and the cheese hardened and the pizza did not taste fresh off the oven as it should be. Do not order from this location if you can avoid it!!! I am appalled at the lack of concern and general disregard for customer retention let alone customer service period. I placed my order with my boyfriend online and when it arrived we were missing a whole pizza. The delivery driver seemed clueless and told us to call the store and left. When we called the staff member was very rude and blatently disrespectful. We have experienced difficulties with this location before and were hesitant to place our obscenely priced order in the first place. If we pay such prices there should be some amount of accountability or at least a hint of an attempt at quality. We have called again and the staff member who answered claimed that the pizza was not listed on the intake reciept. Yet looking at our own printed copy of the receipt it is clearly listed. We had to insist that it was ordered and the person went to talk to another person stating that ya it was there. So it would be on its way out now in a very rude voice. We still have not recieved our missing pizza it is almost four hours since we placed our order in the first place. This...

I wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest. We ordered pizza at 6:20 and were told it should arrive by 7:00. At 7:20 we called wondering where it was and we were told it had left the store 29 minutes earlier so it should arrive any minute. 15 more minutes went by so I called again, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and asked if we had just called, I told her yes about 10-15 minutes ago but our food still had not arrived. I asked her the food would even be warm by the time it arrived since it’s been in a car now for 30-40 minutes. She replied the driver had a double delivery and the first place he went weren’t answering the door (although it’s contactless delivery). I asked how long we should wait and she hung up on me. My daughter returned the call and asked to speak to the manager at which point the employee was rude to her as well and said no, my daughter repeated that she wanted to speak to the manager and was then told that the manager wasn’t in until the morning and she hung up on my daughter.
