Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

Disgusting. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time I ordered a few weeks ago and the guy dropped the dip on the floor then picked it up and put it in the box. I should have known it was a dirty place. Tonight we ordered then went and sat back in car. Watched one guy take his hat off and scratch his entire head then went to the back of the kitchen. Whatever.... he is gonna mop the floor anyway. So I ignored it. Then watched a guy come from kitchen with gloves on, and go into bathroom. HE CAME OUT WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!! Used sanitizer outside the door then went back to kitchen. I went in and demanded my money back. At which time he said he was gonna wash his hands. HE STILL HADN'T CHANGED HIS GLOVES!! Never going back and I'd advise anyone who does to watch...

Been ordering here every month for over a year, got 2 pizzas and it looked like they got 8 slices and put them in a circle. No cut lines matched. The crusts didn’t match. And when we called to get a refund the manager told us that it was our fault and we wouldn’t be getting a refund. He got angry over the phone so I said I’d come in with pictures and he still refused. Considering these company’s make millions of dollars a day I didn’t think it would be a big deal to ask for a $50 refund on poorly prepared food but that’s the last time we go there. Purchased from Pizza Hut on move in day and have been returning ever since! Friendly staff and delicious food and desserts. Sometimes I hear people complain about the price - not sure why when there are always great specials and the product and service are A+. On Valentine's/Galentine's Day, hubby was working and my best gal was over, so I wanted to surprise her with a heart shaped pizza.
