Qdoba Mexican Eats, located in Kitchener, is a go-to destination for Mexican cuisine enthusiasts. As a fan of their flavorful offerings, one dish that I simply can't get enough of is their Loaded Soup.
The Loaded Soup at Qdoba is a true delight for the taste buds. It's a hearty and satisfying option that combines the comforting qualities of a soup with the bold flavors of Mexican cuisine. Packed with a medley of ingredients, this soup is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
What makes the Loaded Soup truly special is the way it brings together a variety of textures and flavors. The base is a rich and savory broth, perfectly seasoned to bring out the essence of Mexican spices. It's then generously loaded with tender chicken or beef, along with a colorful array of vegetables such as corn, black beans, tomatoes, and onions. The combination of these ingredients creates a harmonious blend of sweet, smoky, and slightly spicy flavors.
One of the standout elements of Qdoba's Loaded Soup is the option to customize it to your liking. From choosing your protein to adding extras like cheese, sour cream, or guacamole, you have the freedom to create a personalized bowl of goodness that suits your preferences.
Whether you're seeking a satisfying lunch or a warm and comforting dinner, Qdoba's Loaded Soup is a fantastic choice. It's a hearty and delicious option that embodies the essence of Mexican cuisine. With its flavorful ingredients and customizable options, Qdoba continues to impress with their commitment to providing a memorable...
Read moreI went to this place to try their vegetarian/vegan options. I got a burrito bowl but one thing that I didn't like at all was that the lady putting the food together touched with her glove a piece of paper that a customer handed her, it was probably a coupon of some sort. She had to hand it back to the customer after preparing their food and told her to give it to someone else. She didn't change her gloves and kept touching the customer's food including mine (I hope I don't get sick). I don't think people serving food should touch anything else but food to avoid contaminating it.
Another thing I wasn't too crazy about was another employee's slightly sarcastic attitude when I asked about their vegetarian protein options (besides the beans), and the employee told me that "they didn't serve tofu or anything like that". I mean, there are other things besides tofu that are protein for vegetarian/vegans (e.g. tempeh, TVP, chickpeas, lentils, seitan, etc). I've been to other "Mexican" type places and they have better vegetarian/vegan options. Qdoba only has roasted peppers as their "vegetarian protein" which is advertised like that on their menu. FYI, the vegetarian options like burrito or burrito bowls cost around $10. Definitely not worth it.
The vegetarian bowl I ate was OK, nothing out of this world. I don't think...

Yesterday, I ordered not just amazing food but also entailed the kind of customer service that stays with you for a long time. I really would like to thank the staff, particularly an incredible Indian representative, enough for going above and beyond to make my dinner truly special. I couldn't get her name.
While the food was undoubtedly outstanding, it was the personal touch and service that truly made the experience unforgettable. The Indian representative took the time to understand my need of the hour as as I was bit low and wanted to make most of the meal for my family. She treated my requests with warmth and patience, making me feel genuinely cared for.
When I mentioned it was for my kids, they surprised me with a complimentary house tortias chips which I absolutely cherish.
Being an Indian myself, I will give credit whenever an whereevr its due!
I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning. Bravo to the team, especially the Indian representative, for making this Christmas so special!
