A friend told me about this place so I had to check it out for myself as a fellow lover of speakeasy's I was thrilled for London to have one. Staff only did not disappoint! The entrance is located behind through thick and thin pizzeria. The front for the speakeasy is a barbershop which actually gives the place a fantastic clean aftershave smell. The bartenders are incredible, they serve you quick and are willing to make conversation. The space is cozy; this is further highlighted by its wood interior and ambient lighting. The drinks were outstanding better than most I've had in much larger cities that are known for its bar scene and night life. Well worth the price and the price range isn't absurd either. Saw a random post online talking about this place so I thought I'd try it out seeing as I love a good cocktail. When you walk around back to get in it has that good speakeasy vibe with the backdoor entrance. Not sure what to expect walking in but it's a really nice looking place. Small and quaint. We tried several cocktails and all of them didn't disappoint. They go that little extra with presentation, which is definitely a nice touch. It was fairly busy when we first arrived so the staff was busy making sure everyone was getting their drinks in good time. When it died down a little the staff starting to talk with us a bit and we shared our love of cocktails and spirits. It's not cheap, but it's good. Phenomenal experience at Staff Only for Valentine's Day! Firstly, it was so easy to make a reservation; which I recommend you do for special occasions, holidays, and just in general to guarantee a spot when you show up. All the drinks we tried were thoughtfully crafted and delicious. My favourite of the night was hands down their espresso martini.
