Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Ontario

I found it to be a peasant experience. It was not busy at the time I was there. It is a convenient spot in the store, near the front but not intrusive. This makes it possible to get a beverage before or after shopping if you please or not at all. There is no pressure from the workers to buy anything which is nice. It was the first time I had that particular drink dragons breath I believe it is called. Dragon something, my memory is not at all like it used to be. It was very tasty I really enjoyed it. Over all it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm sure I will go back to this particular location many times. While shopping there in the store or when I visit my friend across the street and we want a good tasting beverage. I will tell my friends and family what I think of this location. One of the baristas (who I believe was a supervisor, she seemed to be training someone else) was extremely rude. I waited by the register for a couple minutes for her to even notice I was standing there. She misheard my order and blamed me for misspeaking when the drink was incorrect. Just altogether an uncomfortable experience that left me feeling uneasy. I would have been happy to pay for the difference to have my drink the right size but that option was not offered to me.

EDIT to add: the person that was being trained, however, seemed very sweet and kind - albeit, a bit nervous. Don't worry - the first little bit is difficult but it gets easier! Just keep your head up and stay kind to customers and...

This is the most poorly managed Starbucks I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot of Starbucks.

The management here is so incompetent that I genuinely have no idea how this place is still in business. I would like to know what failed businesses student bought this place and assigned it the worst possible managers.

Why does this location only ever have one employee? Why does this location fail all its customer service checkpoints? Why is it the worst reviewed Starbucks in Kingston? Look no further than poor management and owners that should go back to business school basics.
