Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ontario

I usually go to location out of convenience. Usually an ok experience. Last night however horrible experience. The cashier last night was rude. I asked for 2 3 piece chicken tender meals. I noticed online prior an option to get without drink each to be 9.99. She asked me mild or spicy. I had to think because not sure what my bf wanted and she got impatient with me and said two mild and apologized and explained what i was deciding on. Then she ask sides and then told me the price. I noticed the drinks. I asked if there is a option for without drinks. She said yes without me paying attention to the detail again she changed the chicken from tenders to pieces not what i wanted. I didn't realize the change until i got home. When i went ask her about dip she asked for the chicken i said yes she said no dip. Overall not impressed with experience and not sure if i go again. Also the music was loud and not very good quality it was sketching out the songs like some was fast forward 2 secs and playing it again. Im sure dua lipa and Elton john wouldn't be impressed by how their songs together sounded last...

Dining area is very clean and quite empty. You'd find about only two tables of diners and a steady stream of take outs. I don't understand why anyone would LOCK the toilet at a fast food restaurant. Like, come'n.. You only have two staff at the counter, and when there are more than one person in line, you are occupied. You cannot go and open the toilet door with your key for every single customer trying to wash their greasy hands. Ya, I see it with my very own eyes that customers are waiting to use the toilet but the staff is busy with food orders. Everyone is just standing around awkwardly holding their bladder or their greasy hands. How about installing a sink outside? Or use a numpad lock? A lot of fast food restaurant uses numpad locks, so you don't need a staff 24/7 guarding that holy toilet. That said, the fried chicken here is so mid. The batter smells like oil that's been frying for at least a week old. Oh, I know what poor over-used oil tastes and smell like. There are definitely lots of burnt bits in their oil. Worst place to ever dine in or pick up food . We were there at 10pm on monday and we really regret going to this place. When we ordered the food and lady who look our food was very rude and looked like doesn’t even want to take our order. But she took finally, and then she said you can’t dine in and we were ok with that.

When we got our order, it was a big order but there were no napkins so one of my friend went and took few napkin's and cutlery. While he was doing that the lady who took our order was standing behind me and was giving very very weird looks so i asked her if there any problem and she started murmuring with a very cheap and fake smile. Honestly this is was untolerable and her reaction were as if we are taking free food or she had paid for our meal. This is rude and we will never be back here. But this review is only for the person who make schedule that please don’t put these kind of people ok the schedule who have zero customer service...
