barBURRITO — Restaurant in Ontario

This place is terrible, the food is bland unseasoned and Luke warm. Staff were immature- someone had an issue in the bathroom and very apologetically told the staff which immediately led to screaming and caring on in the back room. We were seated in the front and could hear them clearly, the elderly gentleman left embarrassed. Back to the food my boyfriend ordered a large burrito with sour cream and guacamole- fine extra dollar for the guacamole but as the employee was rolling it up he asked her to add burrito sauce- she then proceeded to tell him it would be another extra dollar and he declined. The food was all in a pile in the middle of the tortilla so it wasn’t until we ate half that you actually got to the salsa and fillings- again short on flavour or seasonings. I would not recommend and will not go back, $25 for a small and large burrito a bottle of water is 1.50 a can...

I'm not sure what some previous reviewers are talking about when they mention that portions are small....my regular sized burrito was more like a large. Maybe at this particular location (1046 Princess St. at the Kingston Shopping Center) they've increased portion sizes since those reviews were written. This place is great! The food is fresh and portions are generous! The staff may not be overly friendly or outgoing but I think these guys are just a bit shy. Anyway, who cares? I don't eat there for breezy conversation and just want to eat a quickly prepared, well-made, delicious burrito in a super clean establishment. Normally I'm not one to write reviews, but I want this place to catch on and do well so that I can continue to stop in and dine. Best fast...

Amazing catering experience. We're able to accommodate our order the day before. Free delivery. Great options for meats and so many toppings provided. We got the pulled beef, mild chicken, jerk chicken and veggie ground. We also got chips and salsa and lots of sauces (queso, jalapeños, sour cream, burrito sauce, and hot sauce!!)

Would recommend a few things: warm tortillas for a better experience, and double the amount of grated cheese, 1/3 less rice and black beans.
