Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I was waiting long time as the line was long; then, ordered 3 shots in a tall size latte with whipped cream on top. Then, I was waiting more and I saw the drink came earlier than mine for the customer who ordered after me. Finally, my latte came out, but I saw one of clumsy staff was making it. When I tasted it, it tasted like only one shot of espresso is in. I was waiting again for one of staff attention and explained it. Apparently, they miscommunicated for the order as the staff who got order wrote "tR" instead of 3. Then, the staff who made it put only one shot of espresso. The staff put the take out cup I gave to her under espresso machine and added espresso. Are you kidding me? Considering all my time for waiting and this is about 8 dollar coffee, do they really think I spend my time and money for this quality of coffee and service? I asked the staff to make it again because the latte is supposed to have steamed milk on the top of espresso, not to mention which is basic. The staff looked at me like she can't understand and she asked if I want special espresso. I assume she thought if that's the reason why I asked to make it again. I'm disappointed that this Starbucks doesn't make quality beverages or the service as one of the expensive cafes, and the staff seem not trained for this. Then, what's the point I chose Starbucks instead of Timmy's? Also, I found it is unable to make feedback in Starbucks application. This experience absolutely...

Always drop in here on my way to the office once a week. Staff no matter what time it is are always happy and cheerful! I mean I grab coffee at 6am so yeah they are very welcoming and super nice. Coffee always tastes amazing and just so fresh! Thank you for the great coffee...
