I know it's probably just because they're a new location, but we had a disappointing experience. If you're going to advertise a new featured line-up of drinks, then you should really have the staff and ingredients to make them. They had a sign out front AND on the main board of four new featured autumn drinks. My girlfriend and I both ordered from that menu to the response of, "oh I don't know how to make those" and "what's in those?". He asked the other barista there and she checks and tells us they don't have all of the ingredients to make those drinks. She offers caramel as a substitute and we agree and pay. She comes to us with our drinks telling us they didn't have caramel either and that she just made us something tasty instead. We should have argued it, but there was a significant line and we didn't want to hold it up so we just left with our mystery drinks. They weren't very good.
