Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

My boyfriend and I visited Starbucks on Dundas St in Paris this evening (March 28th @ approx. 7pm) and our experience was amazing. The restaurant was very clean, but the thing that impressed us the most, and that prompted this review were the two employees that we encountered while we were ordering my boyfriend's beverage. The person behind the cash register, Madison, was very helpful and when we asked her for a specific flavor of how he wanted his coffee she suggested the exact thing he was looking for. Then Haley, the Barista, made the coffee to the exact specification we asked, through trial and error. She was very patient with us and made every effort to make us satisfied with the end product. She even went so far as to write down exactly how it was made for us so that we could get it the same way all the time.

Just want to let you know that these two young ladies are the reason for the 5 star review. When I told them that I wanted the name of their boss, who was Julie by the way, they said that she was a good boss. My suggestion to Julie, hire more employees like Haley and Madison and keep them happy and your customer's will remain...

I can’t say enough about the incredible staff at the Starbucks in Paris, Ontario. Every visit, no matter the time or day, I’m greeted with the warmest smiles and top-notch customer service. The team here truly makes the experience special, always going the extra mile to ensure you feel welcomed.

However, I must admit that I prefer the drive-thru to the café itself. My few attempts to enjoy a drink inside were less than pleasant. The acoustics are quite poor, with the music often blaring too loudly and the sound bouncing off the walls. It makes it nearly impossible to hold a conversation with someone sitting right next to you. It’s a real shame because the atmosphere could be so much better if it were designed with comfort in mind.

It feels like the space was intended for quick visits—grab your drink and go—rather than a cozy spot to meet friends. If you’re looking for a friendly face and great service, this location definitely delivers. Just stick to the drive-thru if you’re hoping for a...

This is my favourite Starbucks to visit in my local area - the wait time is never long, staff is always super friendly, and drinks are usually delicious. However, my experience today was disappointing. I ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew for the third time and it tasted very strange. Before, it was similar in taste to toasted marshmallow - perfect balance of sweet with the bitter coldbrew. Today, it tasted like a peppermint mocha and was lacking in cold foam; very bizzare and not worth the time or money I spent getting it. My cousin ordered the same thing and hers tasted normal.
