But when I spend over $80 to feed 3 people 1 of our meals comes completely wrong and when my daughter called the location to tell them it was completely wrong she was offered $10 off her next visit.. $10 didn't even cover her meal not to mention that's not what she ordered. What is the point in ordering what you want if they're just going to send you whatever they feel like. My daughter finally got the manager to agree to just send the meal that she wanted. The offer to send a new meal out right away that is correct should have been the very first option from the person that answered the phone ,not putting my daughter on hold for 10 minutes while she went to look for a manager who then tried to offer up nothing more than $10 off and when it did arrive it still wasn't great or with the wait. My meal tasted like they used dried up day-old cold chicken and quite possibly the mashed potatoes were also from yesterday and the gravy was so salty I couldn't choke it down although it was necessary for the dry chicken. I assume my husband's meal will be the same for him when he finally gets home from work to eat as we had the same meal Now normally ,I would just assume that they were having a bad day but this is the third time in a row that my meal has been below substandard from this location . I threw 3/4 of my meal in the garbage. That is money wasted. I work hard for my money as does everyone else these days, when you pay good money for a meal you expect it to be first of all what you ordered and second of all ,edible.    Read moreI placed a curbside pickup order sometime around 11:50 AM and received a confirmation email at 11:53 AM stating my food would be ready by 12:01 PM. I arrived on time, parked in the curbside spot, clicked âIâve arrived,â and submitted all my vehicle details.
At 12:01 PM, I got a text saying the kitchen had been notified. 25 minutes passed with no updates, no communication, and no food. At 12:26 PM, I called the toll-free number and stayed on the line for 6 minutes while the representative contacted the restaurant. The rep was polite and did apologize, which is more than I can say for the restaurant staff.
At 12:32 PM, someone finally brought out my food but they were completely unfriendly, offered no apology, and acted like I was the inconvenience. They handed me the bag without saying a word and walked off.
The restaurant wasnât even busy for there to be this kind of delay. If there was going to be a wait, it should have been communicated. Whatâs disappointing is that Iâve ordered delivery from this same location a couple of years ago and it was actually much faster than this in-person pickup.
