I called woman working this morning (Amal) to place a phone order and things went downhill from there, I told her I wanted 3 egg n cheese on flatbread, toasted, everything on them except 1 sub no cheese, the woman then asked for sauce I said Southwest and then hung up on meā¦when I arrived I told her I wanted to ask about something else and she didnāt give me a chance, she didnāt apologize or anything, I noticed the subs didnāt have the southwest sauce I ordered, thatās when things went sideways, she said I didnāt order the sauce ??? Neither were they toasted, I asked for water but she didnāt have any lids for them, they all fell in my car making a mess on my mats, I was not pleased.
I told her the customer was always right and she went to a different level, she then went on to say that customers place large orders then donāt come to pickup, āweāre they rightā, I said If you donāt like it, close the shop and do something elseā¦this woman should not be in customer service, clearly sheās jaded.
Go to another location and get the service youāve come to expect...

I went and talked to the franchise owner, showed a photo. She didn't apologize or anything, didn't offer a replacement sandwich, just said she didn't know how that happened and didn't seem too concerned at all. Didn't ask if i was hurt. Just a total brush off. She was there when my sub was made, She wrote a message on my receipt, she was present when this mistake happened. She knows who I am, and still didn't care enough to apologize to a good customer.
It's from a grill cleaning brush or something I'm guessing. I'm not going back to this location. Not worth my health for people who don't...
