Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I’m not shy to admit that I am regular at subway. I enjoy my salami on the occasion. And I am a student at a nearby school so it makes a perfect lunch treat. So when I stroll up subway and have rude experience with staff I’m am at least disappointed. I will not name names (here’s a hint😇) to whom is the rudest but this one employee treats the young teens from the school with a next to garbage level of respect. I get it ok do your job but do you have to have a spoiled attitude?! It’s very ofputting and would make me think about about here again. Now the food cookies are stale so major yuck and the beverages are flat and the Dr Pepper was outright sparkling water. Overall not a fan...

It was very busy today, with one worker - some people left due to the line up. However, despite this, the young man worker showed the best service, was efficient and very kind. He was very clearly trying his best, and though a customer had mumbled complaints about the line and one person working, he continued to work his best and did a great job. Very long wait due to the fact the employee was working alone. People just kept coming in, poor lady. Manager should put a second person on after 6pm on Sunday evenings! Though spent almost 30 mins from waiting in line to leaving with my order, the woman was very patient, and made my & everyone else's sandwiches just right!
