I was unhappy with how Sam, the manager, handled each Uber driver. At 12:35 AM on April 17, 2024, last night. Along with my spouse, I went to Taco Bell Highbury London to pick up his customer's orders. We waited for over fifteen minutes in the parking lot before reaching the drive-through since Sam, the manager, always told us to return in five minutes each time we picked up orders from this location. She repeated it last night for that reason.
I ask her why it's taking so long. You see, we waited for more than fifteen minutes before coming here, and we're waiting for five more minutes now. This manager informed us that we may cancel the order if we couldn't wait, but we didn't seem to do so because we believed the customer was waiting for the food. After seven minutes, we drive back, and this time, I gently asked her name. She gave me her name, but she informed me, "I'm not going to give you my full name." She instructed me to confirm the delivery, but when I did, she withheld the food and she said, "You know what, I'm not going to give you this order." Then she told me again you know what? you are just only an Uber driver, not the customer and you don't have the right to complain, and I AM THE MANAGER HERE!!!

I recently ordered delivery from Taco Bell and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite eagerly anticipating my meal, the delivery service was shockingly slow, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Upon placing my order, I was provided with an estimated delivery time, which I expected to be reasonable given the proximity of the restaurant to my location. However, the actual delivery time far exceeded this estimate, leaving me waiting for an unreasonably long period.
The lack of communication or updates regarding the delay only added to my frustration. As a customer, I believe clear and timely communication regarding service disruptions is crucial for managing expectations and maintaining satisfaction.
While I have previously enjoyed the quality of food from [Restaurant Name], this experience has certainly tarnished my perception of the establishment. In an age where convenience and efficiency are paramount, such slow delivery service is simply unacceptable.
I sincerely hope that taco bell takes steps to address this issue and improve their delivery service in the future. As a customer who values both quality and convenience, I am disappointed by this experience and hesitant to order from them again until significant improvements are made.

Read moreOk, I quit Taco Bell around 7 years ago when their prices went insane and the food quality plummeted. So I go back recently to give them a shot. Out of the 4 times in the last 3 month I've gone to the Highbury location I've ordered 2 burritos and 3 nachos and cheese. Twice, TWICE! the cheese for my nachos were all half full. They charge $22 for that meal and they scam me out of crappy Dupont Cheese. a 50% scam rate can't just be a mistake, this has to be a Loblaws style short changing. I'm getting sick to death of being forced to call and complain. Be Warned!
Edit 6/23/24: Get this, I go back today for the replacement meal for the lack of cheese with my nacho cheese and they do the exact same thing! I had to pull my meal apart on site, find the rip off AGAIN and force them to make the meal correctly. This Taco Bell will scam you as a matter of policy. Do NOT go here. Or check your meal thoroughly before you leave the restaurant.
Edit 11/5/2024: They're still adding half of the cheese to a nacho and cheese. It's just never stopped. I paid 29 bucks for 2 burritos and 4 nachos....
