As a former tim hortons worker i am very disappointed. Went in to get a coffee and breakfast knowing it was going to be a busy day with my part of 6 coming back from camping. We all had no issues with it being busy and had no problem waiting and was in no rush. As soon as we walked it we went to use the machine so that it was easier to break the line down and we were yelled at WE DONT HAVE ALOT SO JUST GET IN LINE. I got called to the far cash where Jordan was serving customers. She was very rude and seemed very irrated to be taking my order. The whole order I was given attitude, dirty looks and not listened to. I had to ask her to change my sandwich as it was wrong which was no issue until I ordered a donut and had to repeat it 2 times because she was not listening to me. She rolled her eyes multiple times during the time of me ordering. When given my drink I was not given a straw and had to ask 3 people for 1. Everyone who order out of my party all got attitude, and all had issues with there orders. While serving customer the employees were also bickering at each other and very loudly so everyone could hear. Another person in my party ordered hashbrowns but was declined due to not having them but my brother behind her ordered some and was given 2 as that was what he ordered. My brother when waiting for his hashbrowns was asked twice by an older lady working "if they had a problem". When Maddison noticed this was said by her coworker she was very nice and came over and check on our order to make sure everything was alright, she was the only employee who was nice, had a smile on her face and showed us respect.
After ordering I went to the car as we are driving an 1hr to get home. When I actually look at my food I notice that my sandwich was not made right, even asking her to change it on the screen and I checked to make sure it changed properly. I have alot of allergies there for when I order I have to make sure I know...
Read moreYikes. My wife and I stopped by for a couple of sandwiches and drinks after our grandson's hockey game. Never again. The woman behind the counter was either bored or angry - we couldn't tell. She didn't speak - just sort of looked at us like we were annoying her. My wife ordered a latte, and she just said. "Machine's broken" (which we'd learned long ago is Tim Horton's speak for 'I don't feel like making one').
We ordered sandwiches, and I'm staring at the display trying to see what they had for sides. I said, "I don't see any sides up there." She just looked at me impatiently (there was no-one else i the restaurant). Finally I said, "Do you have fries or anything like that?" to which she just said, "Wedge fries, and turned away. When it came time to pay, my wife couldn't get the scanner to read the app on her phone. The employee just watched her from three feet away as she struggled. Nothing. It was clear that she wished she wasn't there, wished that we weren't there annoying her by trying to order.
As we waited for the food, we both noticed that there was no comraderie, no conversations - nothing with the staff. Warmth, friendliness, helpfulness, and caring about customers were absolutely non-existent. Our experience has been that Tim Horton's service level has declined in the last few years, but this was a whole new...
Read moreMy recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. The experience was marred by subpar food quality, disappointing service, and a lack of seating options.
Firstly, the food quality was not up to par. The items I ordered lacked freshness and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. The sandwiches were soggy, and the pastries tasted stale, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and craving something more appetizing.
Secondly, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, displaying minimal enthusiasm or friendliness. It took an excessive amount of time to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect, adding to my frustration.
Furthermore, the seating options were extremely limited, making it difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy my meal. The few available seats were uncomfortable and poorly maintained, contributing to the overall unpleasant dining experience.
Overall, my visit to Tim Hortons fell short of my expectations. With its subpar food quality, lackluster service, and limited seating, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return...
