Edit: I'm dropping my review to a single star because the understaffing has reached a point where the few staff that are on hand are apathetic. Orders are often made wrong, and the staff act as though it's an inconvenience to fix it. I blame poor management. If you overwork your people, they quit caring about their jobs.
The one location that I'm aware of having remained open to walk-ins during Covid, this has become my go-to. Something to be said for face to face service, even if there is a barricade up lol. The staff always have a smile, and always make my coffee corrrectly. It's a pleasure to interact with them.
My complaint about the location is the manager's issue, not the staff- they consistently understaff the place, resulting in slow service. given the number of UBER/ Door-dash orders that this location covers, they almost need a person just on that. Instead, they have one person trying to cover Uber, doordash, food production and front counter! Slow service? I should think so with one person trying to cover so much! And the drive-thru isn't much better staffed, but at least they have the minimum staffing for an average traffic....hate to see them trying to cope with a rush?!
No wonder this place has bad ratings for slow service- put some more staff in to handle the traffic flow! It's not right that your drivethru and front counter customers are routinely left standing around waiting, whilst your staff dash around trying to fill...

Folks, let me tell you, I love coffee. I really do. And Tim Hortons? Used to be fantastic. Used to be the best. But let’s be honest—it’s not the same anymore. Sad!
I stopped by, thinking, "Okay, let's give it a chance," and wow, folks, what a letdown. The coffee? Weak. Like, really weak. Probably made by the same people running Canada’s economy—total disaster! It used to be rich, bold, strong—just like me. But now? It’s like they’re cutting corners.
The food? Inconsistent. You get a breakfast sandwich one day, it’s okay—next day? Cold, soggy, falling apart. Terrible! And don’t get me started on the wait times. I’ve seen government agencies move faster than this drive-thru! Unacceptable.
And folks, they raised prices! Can you believe that? For this? Terrible management. The people running Tim Hortons—probably the same geniuses ruining other big companies.
Now, let’s be fair—some locations are better than others. Some hard-working people still trying their best, I respect that. But overall? Tim Hortons is going downhill fast. If they don’t fix it soon, people will just go to McDonald’s or Starbucks—sad but true!
I give it two stars—one for nostalgia, one for the Timbits. Otherwise? Not the great Canadian institution it once was. Fix it, Tims!

Read moreYesterday my husband and I stopped for a quick lunch at this location. Ordering went smoothly aside from the server not giving us our receipt or being courteous at all (thank you, your order will be up shortly...etc.). However, the wait was ridiculous for 2 sandwiches at 20 min. The person preparing the food seemed confused with the orders and proceeded to fill many orders ahead of ours not all correct as we witnessed 2 being returned.
Eventually my husband asked where our food was. The girl at the counter said nothing to us but checked with the person preparing. Another 5 minutes or so and we had our what we expected to be Supreme Stack sandwiches. Again no "sorry for the delay".
Once we unwrapped them (shoeing flies away as we did) we noticed there was a thin layer of meat, a bit of bacon and sauce, nothing else. Certainly not worth the price. We decided to not return them though because we had already spent too much time for something that should have taken 5 minutes or so at most. I'll also mention that we stopped at another location a few weeks ago for the same sandwich and it was very good...with all the ingredients as posted.
What a disappointing experience from a chain that has always been known for it's cleanliness and quality. I can see why Starbucks and other chains including McDonalds are...
