I'm sad to say that this location has lost several customers. On more than 4 occasions, my mother and aunts have gone in to Tim Hortons to enjoy a sisterly brunch and got far from it. The employees were extremely rude to my mother. Firstly, my mom ordered an everything bagel and before she could finish her sentence the lady responded with "we're all out", my mom said no worries and asked what other kind of bagels they have, the employee replied with "look and you'll see". So my mom ordered a plain bagel instead and in the middle of the order, the employee turned her back and began talking to another employee, my mom said excuse me and the lady turned around rolled her eyes at my mom and said "yes?" My mom immediately cancelled the order and told the lady thanks anyway. Then today (the 4th time my moms given this location a chance) she went in again with her sisters, they ordered peacefully (or so they thought) and sat in the dinning area. That same employee was walking around the dinning area offering a taste test of a new and latest drink, she walked around to every table and offered everyone, however when it came to my moms table she completely surpassed the table and went on to offer other customers. She finished the dinning room and placed the tray on the counter when she noticed my mom looking at her, she grabbed ONE cup (table of three) and made her way to their table. Asked my mom "would you like one?" And my mom said no thank you. The employee rolled her eyes and walked away. Unfortunately, this location seems impossible to contact seeing as they have no contact information posted anywhere and I was unable to call to place my concern. I'm extremely bothered by the mistreatment of my mom and aunts. Ordered two meals at the drive thru & verbally confirmed them. Got to the window & she had to reconfirm the order due to some confusion on their end which I did, but they only charged me 1 meal & provided 1 meal. I explained the missing items & while the drive thru worker was flustered, was pleasant. Easy fix, I asked to be charged for the second meal in another payment & she did, then she asked me to pull forward & someone would run it out to our car, I requested a receipt to be brought out as the totals of the two orders was much higher than usual. A different staff member ran the food out & practically threw the food in our car. I stopped her & asked if there was a receipt and she said no, I requested one & she went back inside. We waited some time & she came back with the two receipts. At this point we had already looked through our bag & noticed that there was a random extra sandwich but we were also missing a drink. We attempted to ask her a question but she tossed the receipts into our car and ran back into the building. I reviewed the receipts to see what we had exactly been charged for and it was almost $10 extra.
While mistakes happen, we were thoroughly unimpressed with the worker Fatima & the unprofessionalism that occurred. I don’t pretend to understand how stressful working Tim Hortons can be but instead of just leaving, we went inside & had the entire order refunded & made new food. I brought it forward to the manager & while I appreciate that she refunded the food, there was no explanation or excuse made for her employees behaviour. First of all they need to be trained how to say hi and welcome their customers, then this is their job, if they dont like it leave it. It shows management simple doesn’t knows or doesn’t gives a crap.

I always tends to gives second chances and firmly beleives in second chances we all deseve, but these people who works there proved me wrong.
They simply dont deserve second chances.
This is second time there is an issue with the tim bits order.
My five year old child can count 20tim bits but the employees over at this location cant, simple doesn’t knows how to count. Canada is doomed!!
Keep hiring these illiterate, and unethical work force.
