Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered 2 subs earlier. I'm eating my sub that i ordered an hour ago, and it's a huge NO!.. I didn't order this! Tasteless Sub! PLEASE LABEL THE SUBS FOR DELIVERY! WE'RE TIRED OF GETTING THE WRONG SUBS/Order!... I'm very disappointed!.. My deliveries never went well! It is one of the best locations. Hower, delivery doesn't go well. When I show up at the store, my subs are perfect! On another note, whenever it's delivered, it's not labeled properly! We have to open all the subs in order to see who gets what. That's frustrating! I love spinach on my subs... But not from subway lately. The spinach quality is extremely poor recently. I had to ask for them to not put rotten spinach on my sub, but the man that was preparing the sandwiches didn't understand what I was talking about. It's not his fault that the spinach they receive is rotten. He can only work with what he has. Do better subway, and find a way to get your spinach fresher

Update: The owner reached out to me, and offered me a free sub as well as apologized. Since going here again, I have noticed the quality of the vegetables, specifically the spinach has increased. This makes me happy as this is the closest...

I recently visited and had a wonderful experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and inviting. I was impressed by the fresh ingredients and the variety of options available.

I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mohit. They were friendly, attentive, and really took the time to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Their positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable.
