Gyros & More — Restaurant in Ontario

Worse experience I ever had, showed up today waited over an hour to order a gyro as it was very busy. Waiting around and someone else took my order mistaking for his order I told the cashier but then another worker insisted that I was lying and wanted to order twice and refuse to listen to me. I order a regular gyro which is very common for people to order and confuse whose order it is. I waited in line for 1.5 hr just to go back in line and order twice? Already the wait was exhausting but then I was never so disappointed in a restaurant service as I did with the restaurant it was my first time trying the place I didn't even get the food I order and the worker at the back was very rude and was accusing me of lying. The only thing I would say is atleast the cashier was friendly and nice. I would suggest whoever the other worker at the back making the food needs to calm down and learn to understand people. If she had experience with Liars in her store that does mean everyone she meets she paints them as a liar. I waited in line for too long to order and not even get my food and be called a liar. I will never visit any of this...

I used to live in the east end near sofos and have been eating there regularly since I was 13 and absolutely love their food, I moved to the far west end and have been looking for a new gyro place but since greek pitas quality, delivery times, and customer service has been deteriorating for a very long time now (have also been eating there since I was 13) I decided to try gyros and more to see if it would be a good substitute and it absolutely was! Pitas were good quality and the meat had alot of nice flavor to it, tzatziki sauce was nice and flavorful and the portions were huge which is nice since I'm used to sofos portions and quality, this was definitely just as good if not better than the last few times I've eaten at any other place that specializes in gyros and if you're reading this it is definitely worth trying! They do heavily season their fries which I personally love but if you're not into that amount of saltiness definitely ask for light salt on your fries, gravy was average but still tasty, this is definitely my new gyro spot without a doubt and will be ordering for me and my dad this weekend when...

WOW!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Me and a family member went to The Gyros & More Tecumseh Rd. East at McDougall Avenue, Windsor Ontario in the plaza nearby The H&R Block and the Burger King there, and so, we entered, and there was only 1 person in front of us waiting for their food, that person was already there waiting for their order, and so, we walked in, and we were ignored for at least 5 minutes or so, and then, finally, the young lady smiled at me and asked what we'd like, and so, I simply order 2 Chicken Caesar salads for inside, not to go, and then, we waited yet another 18 more minutes, and, after paying $30.92 for 2 Chicken Caesar salads, she called me over to get it, and both salads were on a paper plate on a tray, and there was NO chicken in the "Chicken Caesar Salads, NONE AT ALL!"..... it was all just LETTUCE, DRESSING, AND A FEW CROUTONS!! I PAID $30.00+ FOR A BIT OF DIRTY BROWNED LETTUCE, WITH SOME CROUTONS, AND IT TOOK 1/2 HOUR FOR ALL OF THIS TO HAPPEN, and then, there was NOT EVEN any Parmesan Cheese even sprinkled on top! WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKED THIEVES!!! I'LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE EVER...
