No option for 0 stars so I had to give it 1 star.
This is, by far, one of the worst locations in ALL OF CANADA. I've been to Timmy's locations from Newfoundland across to Alberta. I moved to "The County" in 2014 and this location was the closest to me. After month of getting old, burnt coffee, or coffees made wrong, and piss poor service, I started bypassing this location and going all the way to N. Front to get my coffee. When you bring wrong things back, you are met with hostility and lack of responsibility.
Fastforward to present... I started frequeting this location on a daily basis again due to convenience, and still, the same issues. Burnt, old coffee, wrong orders, or just plain rude staff. A few weeks ago, I hit my limit, again, when my coffee was given to me old and made wrong. I returned the wrong coffee and AGAIN, was served a WRONG coffee. You'd think if someone was bringing something back once, that you'd pay extra care when trying to fix it...but NOPE! Not in this day and age with THESE workers and owners. So I left with my second wrong coffee of the day and called the store to speak to a manager. She was great, but, because nothing's changed, O decided to again start bypassing this location and going to one farther away and less convenient.
Anyways, I was in a rush today and felt peckish, was driving by this stupid location and decided to graba quick breakfast sandwich.. And guess what?!?!?! IT WAS MADE WRONG! I noticed as I was headed south on the highway so, turn around, go back to exchange the sandwich (i would have just ate the damned thing but there was an item i am allergic to on it). I get back, ask them to fix it and they made the correct sandwich this time but it looked like someone had manhandled it. Maybe they gave that to another customer, they pulled ot apart looking for tomatoes and gave it back. That's what it looked like. Either way. I have never in all my time being a Tim Horton's customer have I had so many problems with a location. Every. Single. Time.
This location should be temporarily closed, and ALL staff should be replaced. Maybe even corporate should take...

Read moreWas out with the family (2 adults and 3 kids including my 2 month old who was crying because I had to feed her). Before feeding though, I REALLY had to use the bathroom. I stopped in here and got to the bathroom which had a sign on womens door saying “closed due to cleaning” and both womens and mens door said “ask staff member to use washroom”. I was about to go ask someone when an older man (employee) was walking up with a mop. I asked him if I could use the washroom and he said “I’m just about to go mop in there”. I told him I had to go badly and would be quick. Or asked if I could use the mens quick. He said no I can’t go in the mens and that I can go in after he cleans. I asked how long it was going to take him and he said 2 minutes. But at this point I was already holding in for awhile (plus only 2 months p.p)…
Just then a man came out of the mens washroom and saw what was happening. He held the door open for me to go in there. I went in and used the washroom and then left quickly to go feed my baby. Thank god for this gentleman.
I was in shock by how rude, unfriendly, unsympathetic this employee was. He did not apologize or seem to care at all. We were going to go buy a couple coffees and snacks for the kids but I was so upset about the whole situation and how I was treated that I left and will never support this...
