Tito's pizza Simcoe — Restaurant in Ontario

Got 2 pizzas. 1 regular and 1 gluten free

Gluten free was terrible. Tasted like sand and was gritty (0.5 stars) Asked for the phone numbers. They didn't write it down properly. So they couldn't find our pizza when we picked it up. Had to tell them order. Didn't make the regular pizza right. Asked for garlic sauce on top. Didn't do it. The gluten free pizza was made wrong. We placed an order for a custom gluten free, gave the details of what we wanted on it with shawarma chicken as a topping. They gave us a straight shwarma menu pizza instead of custom toppings. We wanted mushrooms didn't get any. No tomatoes. Got tomatoes. When asked if the shwarma sauce was gluten free they came across as not sure and just said ya for the heck of it. Regular pizza was not fully cut through so we had to recut it ourselves. Called once and got no answer. Called again and in the middle of taking our order asked us to wait while they did something else quickly. Positive note: toppings...

The 1st time we went to Tito's in Simcoe the pizza was amazing. The 2nd time I ordered the toppings I wanted. Went in paid for it got it home bit into it and was shocked to not find any red sauce. I called them up and they said they would make me another pizza and so they did. I took the other pizza back and they said I could keep it also. I thought that was ok. Just last week my neighbours were talking about ordering pizza so I suggested Tito's I put the order in and told them I wanted pizza sauce and made sure it was in the ingredients when read back to me. When the pizza arrived we dug in....it tasted good but did not have any sauce. I called them up and asked why there wasn't any sauce and they said they put sauce on it. I said I had asked for it but I do not see any. I took a picture to show them. They said they put sauce on all their Pizza. My friends will not order...

Very disappointed Tito's In Simcoe use to be awesome everytime. Not sure if under new ownership or what but it's definitely gone down hill. The last time we ordered the food was very over cooked and skimpy, thought maybe just a bad night ? We decided today we would order again and sadly regret it. Ordered 3 pizzas and have to say worst pizza we've had in a long time, all 3 pizzas had basically no pizza sauce on them and were extremely dry. Thankfully we had some pizza sauce at home I used as a dip so it was more edible. Unfortunately we could have purchased frozen pizza's from a grocery store and had a better supper. Tito's I hope you start taking all these poor reviews into consideration and up your game to the way you once were or sadly the customers will stop coming as Simcoe doesn't have a shortage of pizza places to pick from....
