Wayne's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Ontario

Great pizza, best in Blenheim, but I had to argue with the lady at the counter as I did not want the burnt slices, instead I wanted the ones that were not o er cooked. She told me she "had to give me those as they were fresh too" . I said fresh is not the issue, I do not want over cooked pizza with dark browned (burnt) cheese on top. One of the girls that were prepping the pizza had to intervene and tell her to give the customer what they want. A good place for pizza and their subs are great too. Just a bad experience with one staff member. And to answer the question in the reply, I was unhappy with your employee trying to make me take product that was burnt and clearly over done. The crust was hard as a rock. If she hadn't switched, I'd have left without making a purchase. Just to clear things up...

Just ordered a pizza, a sub and some garlic strips. I went to open the box to give my kids some and when i open the box i see that one of the strips clearly has a bite out of it!! I am absolutely disgusted. I phoned them and they were very rude. They laughed at me as i told them, like i was crazy . Well Wayne's pizza either your pizza cook or the stupid driver thought it be a good idea to bite into my garlic strips that i paid for. I will never spend my money at your location again. Today we moved to Blenheim. Cold, wet and exhausted by dinner time. A friend in Chatham had recommended Wayne’s. So we ordered the meat lovers and 1lb of wings. I have to admit I was blown away. Having had pizza and wings all across North America, I can say that I’m rarely impressed. The sauce may be the secret with the pizza, as well as the generous & tasty toppings.
