Went here yesterday with 2 other people. I ordered sweet potato fries with sauce, my order came out 5 minutes after the rest of our table. I was missing the sauce for the fries, i asked the server and was told they would bring it, waiting another 10 minutes, no sauce. I called our waitress over and said, no need to bring the sauce as half my fries were already gone and there was an upcharge for the sauce. The server came back over and said the sauce was put on the plate with the burger and fries, someone else's order at our table and said i would get charged for the sauce. I asked for the Manager to explain, I didn't get the sauce so I will not be paying for it, the person who did get the sauce, didn't realize that wasn't part of their meal. This was my first time at this place and they have lost our business for life, and also our word of mouth for 50 cents of sauce they wanted me to pay for when i didn't get it. They should teach Customer service and fixing a wrong. I have never experienced a server making a mistake and being asked to pay for it. It was a negative experience over 50 cents of sauce. Your response below is not the truth, the server asked for the table to pay for the sauce. Pls don't lie, as well I was not told the fries were being comped, we didn't get a receipt with the list of items we purchased. Your response is deceitful. There were 3 people at our table and we all heard the same thing. It wasn't actually busy when we arrived. We were asked to seat ourselves and there were many empty tables to choose from.

Read moreWe took a day trip to Orangeville on the Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend. Although we hadn't planned to visit this place, many other spots were closed that day. After a quick Google search, I found that the ratings were decent, so we decided to give it a try. We browsed the menu and ordered the light breakfast. It included three eggs, three sausages, two pieces of toast, and hash browns (definitely not light!). I wish they offered an even lighter option, like with just two eggs. Regardless, I figured a simple breakfast couldn't go wrong, and I have no complaints about the toast and hash browns—they were delicious! The sausages were decent too, but the eggs were overcooked for my liking, though still acceptable overall.
The main issue was with the eggs Benedict we ordered. They were not runny at all and were very overcooked! I've never had Benedict cooked this much; the yolk was about 80% done. I should have taken a photo. I could make better poached eggs myself. The home fries were bland, which made that dish quite disappointing. We also had to wait a long time for our food—around 40 to 45 minutes. The staff were friendly, but it was hard to get their attention since the place was busy...
Read moreSo my friend and I pick this spot after hiking most of the day. We are seated in the back patio area. We are asked if we would like drinks, we order latte’s and the server asks if we would also like some water. We agree to the water as It’s hot outside and we just walked 10kms. We order food at the same time as we went through the menu fairly quickly and were on a schedule. So we watch as a staff comes outside to clean up a table, drops bread crusts all over the ground, and leaves it. We waited 20 mins, still no drinks. We question if they forgot about us. 25 mins later, our food comes out. Still no drinks 🤷♀️. I should mention that I am also a server. Drinks always come out before the food. We ask for our drinks…again. I ordered a fish on a bun. It was “okay”. I found it to be on the messy side. Hungry after the walk, I ate it. My friend didn’t seem too excited or thrilled with what she ordered. Our latte’s come out and are practically cold. Both patios were busy. Inside the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. I’m not quite sure if this was just a one off kinda day, but our experience was not great or enough to make a good enough impression for...
