Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeville

went here and asked questions to the cashier about the ingredients (we have restrictions )and the lady at the front said she didn't know and wouldn't look it up on the packaging. then when the food was ready the man from the back said "it's ready" we asked if they had ketchup. the man gave 2 packages and said "do u want more " so I replied yes because we bought a big package of wedges and then he muttered something about how much sugar is in the ketchup.. I was given 3 pops with our order and now he's saying not to eat too much ketchup.. I'm a bigger person but this doesn't give him a reason to comment about what I was eating. I felt very bad ordering food here and it's too bad as we were happy to find a place to eat at with our diet restrictions.

and in response to the manager telling me to email them about this..i have told you about my experience at your store here and will not be back. I only shop at places where I'm respected and you lost two customers indefinitely. I read and reviewed the below and above comments on here and looks like nothing has or ever will be corrected at this location which is sad as your business will suffer in a small town with such bad service. I also noted it being dirty on all the tables when we went in as well. just an fyi. I think maybe the inspectors should take a look in the back if the front is that bad. anyways hope you learn from these posts. my family owned and operated a restaurant and finding help can be hard but not as much as having no customers....

What a JOKE! Ordered some Pizza’s after a long day of activities to come to our resort, 12 mins away. After HOURS OUR ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE!!! Their Customer Service Team assured me they will correct the issue and assured me that our order will be delivered. 5 HOURS later we were left with no delivery and we went to bed without eating dinner that night!

I’m completely disgusted with Pizza Pizza and WILL NEVER order from them again!!! We called many times and they promised it will be delivered, after 5 calls and BEING PROMISED our delivery would show up they still did not deliver our order.

There’s something seriously wrong with ordering through their customer service department which is the only method of ordering.

THEY HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES with THOSE THEY HAVE HIRED TO TAKE THEIR ORDERS and whoever was contracted to do so!!!

I’m am extremely dissatisfied and have lost complete trust in their brand.

I WAS PROMISED an order before they closed and they LIED!!! THIS WAS AFTER MANY CALLS I MADE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.

I guarantee I will escalate this to the HIGHEST LEVEL!

Multiple promises after the “LACK of DELIVERY” and NOTHING EVER ARRIVED. MY ENTIRE FAMILY WENT TO BED HUNGRY AFTER SPENDING HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR SUPPORT TEAM TO GET OUR ORDER DELIVERED AND MULTIPLE PROMISES THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER WITH “ZERO” FULFILLMENT!!!

Avoid this place at all cost. I went in at opening anticipating to get a nice fresh slice of pepperoni. Older mustache man there was pulling out left over pizza slices from last night in special metal trays. I was suspicious at first but thought no way it could be old pizza being put out at opening. I just assumed proper pizza places will make fresh pizza's for walk-in customers right before opening. I asked the older man were they fresh slices and he smiled and said yes. I even said how it was nice to get fresh pepperoni slice right at opening. He grined and said yes I know. He then proceeded to put the slices in the oven and kept them in there for a while. I thought to myself why is he heating them up when they are supposedly fresh? I didn't want to create a scene and cut my losses. I ate the pizza and it tasted like old pizza from the other day heated up. I am also experiencing discomfort now from eating it. Not only does this guy lie point blank to my face about selling old pizza claiming it fresh, he smiles at you too. God only knows what other shady practices these dirt bags do. Probably use old ingredients too. Place was dirty too. These guys look like they dont care about quality food and proper customer service. Never ever...
