I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swiss Chalet, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the exceptional service provided by Jasmine. She was not only attentive and efficient but also incredibly friendly, making sure every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail left a lasting impression.

For our meal, we started with the Garlic Cheese Loaf, which was nothing short of heavenly. The bread was perfectly toasted, with just the right amount of crunch, and it was generously loaded with flavorful garlic and gooey, melted cheese. This appetizer is an absolute must-try for anyone visiting Swiss Chalet—it was the perfect way to begin our dining journey.

Next, we moved on to the Veg Burger, which exceeded all expectations. The patty was flavorful and well-seasoned, complemented by fresh, crisp toppings that added a refreshing balance to every bite. It was a satisfying and hearty option for vegetarians like me, showcasing that Swiss Chalet truly knows how to cater to diverse tastes.

A few weeks ago i was served by Amber and i had a great experience with the service she provided and the food that was prepared for me. Amber was very pleasant and a great smile she made me feel so welcomed. I had no issue with my order everything was correct, Amber checked on me a few times to see if i needed anything else. I really appreciated the serviced Amber provided to me that day. Today july 19th 2023 i was greeted by Serenna the hostess, she made me feel very welcomed. Before Serenna seated me she made sure the table was cleaned and that i was comfortable at that table, i appreciated the way I was treated. Sereena keep up the great service. My server was Tatum and I was greeted well. Tatum also have done a great job serving me too, he made sure my order was done right, and i didn't have to wait long for my food which was great. A group of us meet weekly at Swiss Chalet in Orangeville. Our experience this past Tuesday, January 21st @ 6:00pm was not great. Restaurant was busy which is nice to see in January. One of the girls with me wanted the Chicken Parm on a bun with the pasta on the side instead of fries like the picture showed us in the menu. Our server informed us they couldn't do that and she would try and change it. When dinner arrived our server informed she couldn't get the chicken parm on a bun with the pasta but since there was garlic bread with the chicken parm she could make her own sandwich. We were also requesting a take out order when we would be leaving. When it came time for us to leave I asked for plastic take out container(which they use to give you salads when you order take out) to take my left overs home with me, she said they had none. I will know in the future to bring my own. Manager on duty delivered our take out meals to our table and was very abrupt. When I got home and looked up the menu it says chicken parm can come with your chosen side so yes the pasta was available with the chicken on a bun.This is honestly the first time I have received service like this and glad it wasn't my first visit as we would be seeking somewhere else to...
