Disgusting customer service. I have no problem with immigration and the beauty of how diverse out country is, but if you are going to offer a job to someone you need to ensure they speak and the understand the language very well.

I called today to ask what day the mac and cheese bites were sold for half price and the gentleman that picked up did not a understand this question, I had to ask him over 5 times, at one point I had to slowly speaking to him. He then proceeded to put me on hold because he said he was new. I was on hold for over 10 minutes — mind you, the call wasn't actually placed on hold so I could hear the commotion in the background — 10 minutes later a lady comes on the phone and asks me if I was waiting on someone, I explained to her what had happened and asked the same SIMPLE question.

I was excited when wings up Opened under a km away from my house (I work in Hamilton and love that location) I’ve ordered 4x in the past month from the Orangeville store and have been extremely frustrated with the last 2 orders. 1st time wings came with no seasoning the lemon pepper was on the side, they did replace that order for me. I ordered again today and made a point to request that the seasoning be added to the wings like it should be. Wings came with little to no seasoning it was 10:40 pm and they were closing soon I went to the store and was given lemon pepper on the side. And was told they modified the seasoning due to other complaints 1 don’t understand why this location isn’t adhering to the menu and is so inconsistent with the orders don’t think I’d be going back to...

SCAM! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. YOU WILL STILL BE HUNGRY!! Ordered from this location last night, July 30th. 3 lbs of wings, onion rings, wedges and samosas. The portions are RIDICULOUSLY SMALL!! There is no way the wings were 3 lbs before cooking. Maybe 7 onion rings,10 wedges and 3 samosas. Couldn't even feed the people it was meant for. What a joke! I've worked in kitchens, went to culinary school. These are not full portions. What we actually received was more like sides but paid for full portions. If you are trying to feed your family DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
