Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Orangeville

Terrible service - cold food. This is the second time we have ordered at this location and while the food is fresh, both times my Burrito bowls came out cold. The first time I went ahead and just ate it, but todays order was really messed up. While my bowl sat in the back, my husbands burrito was being made. 25 minutes later his Burrito came out, while my bowl had sat there for that long. When they brought it out I told them it was cold and I no longer wanted it. The three ladies began speaking amongst them, went to the back, got on the phone - fast forward another 5 minutes, one lady came out, handed my husband cash and we left. No I'm sorry - no how do we make this right - nothing. As we were waiting there was another customer that said she had heard nothing but bad things about the customer service here. She was right. With 5 other Burrito places in this town, you would think they would up their game a little. Bar Burrito it is for our family...

I won't come back. There are so many places that want business. If you come here at 30 minutes to close they've already shut down the grill and won't make a burrito for you. I understand wanting to get out quickly but your establishment literally says burrito in the name, that's what I'm coming for. Why do you stay open late just to turn away customers? If it takes 10 minutes to make 2 burritos you still have 20 minutes to clean the grill. You shouldn't turn it off until you're done everything in my opinion. I'll go to Burrito Boyz, thanks.

Went again today. The music was turned off and now I finally can hear the staff and vice versa. As a result I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars.

Original review: The chicken burrito was very good and better than most competitors. This location has a tall oversized plexiglass barrier between the staff and the customers. The music is WAY too loud. Staff can’t hear the customers and vice versa. You have to holler loudly so the staff can understand what toppings you want.
