I just had a double cheeseburger combo from this location and figured out what a terrible customer service person looks like. We usually see videos of people misbehaving with customer service representatives or servers. However, the servers there have no customer service skills whatsoever; no greetings, no thank yous, no welcomes. I don't know why they're so rude.
But this person named "Nick," who was wearing an orange cap today (I don't know if he told me his real name), not only misbehaved with me while taking payment from my card, giving me my drink, and giving me my order, but he also barely stretched his arm outside of the window and humiliated me every time as I stretched my arm as much as I could but he was still far as he wasn't streching his arm at full length. I wasn't feeling well today, so I didn't say anything in return, but this person bullied me so much. This is the first time I'm writing a review. The owner can check the CCTV footage, as he would never admit to this. It was after 11:30 p.m. on...
Read moreI was disappointed with the cake I received as there was a big gash out of the side. I purchased this for someone so it was not as nice presenting it to them.
One of the cakes in the display freezer was melted and very noticeably sloped to the side, I’m not sure if they intended to sell it. This one appeared to be of adequate quality when in the plastic packaging, that was not the case once I opened it at home.
At the time, you could not collect points from this store. About two weeks later they updated the system. I contacted DQ customer service asking for the points to be added to my account. They would not add the points because this was purchased just before the system updated.
I also sent them pictures of the cake and asked a question. I had to follow up twice and they sent me an auto-generated email without an answer to my question indicating that they did not read my email.
Bad quality from this store, bad customer service from...
Read moreAlthough I've never had any issues with this location in the past, I must say that I was rather disappointed today when I picked up my sons construction site birthday cake. Upon seeing the cake, I assumed it was not yet completed as it appeared to be lacking in the finishing touches (ie cookie crumbs for dirt etc). I politely asked the employee that was serving me if some Oreo cookie crumbs could be added to resemble the mounds of dirt as depicted in the image online. This employee was pleasant and agreeable. This is when a second employee became involved and said that it could be done, but that in the future I would have to "pay extra for it". Really? Pay "extra" to have the cake that I paid almost $60 for resemble the image online? I don't expect an exact replica, but I must say I was expecting more attention to detail and an attempt to recreate what the...
