Pizzaville — Restaurant in Oshawa

My very first time ordering from pizzaville ever. I Ordered a 2 pizzas paid in advanced online. 1 hour 25 minutes I called to find out if it was coming. “Yes it’s left and will be there shortly” mind you the pizza place is a 6 minute drive from my place. Call again 25 minutes later and get told itl be another 15 minutes. So at this point it’s been just slightly under 2 hours. The ignorant lady on the phone from their call center offered nothing but to cancel my order. So I did. She told me the driver went to deliver to other houses first which were further away , she then claimed the roads weren’t clear… they had been cleared in the morning and I had been out all day.. The roads were fine. In the end I went to a known good place, red swan pizza and had my order in my hands within 20 minutes. This was my first time ever ordering from this place and I will never order from pizza ville again. Terrible customer service. Like actual trash to be ignorant on the phone to a hungry customer that’s been waiting 2 hours for a pizza that’s a 6 minute drive away. Never...

BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE, AND VERY BAD ADDITUDES!

The food arrived promptly, pizza was good, but the wings had the texture of an Indian rubber ball and tasted about as good. I called the call center back and the guy tells me "Well our wings are always a little rubbery" and then tells me that "they come on a timer" so therefore they can't be over cooked or under cooked. And then he pretty much tried to convince me to shut up and eat my "vulcanized" wings .. Frank at the call center made it very clear that he was in charge at the call center and he was the highest level manager. So I was surprised when he gleefully told me that there was nothing he could do for me. So I asked him to send the driver back to pick up the rubber pellets and collect them. and an hour later the driver came and I finally got a refund. After having to subscribe to a thourough inspection of the wings and an inquisition of my concerns. I probably wouldn't order again and I would NOT recommend Pizzaville to...

Usually the pizza here is good, the staff is far less surely than the Square Boy at Rissland Square who make good pizza but are awful at their phone service and general attitude. I have ordered broccoli for on Pizzaville before and it was not terrible. Tonight they took twice the usual delivery time and despite the pizza being fresh there was a pungent, Meryl Streep like taste to the pie. After careful investigation through olfactory and salivary deduction I narrowed down the garbage taste to the broccoli. Despite adding several shakes of my own chilli pepper mix I could not cover up the bad flavour that permeated through the mask of spicy flake. I will order from pizza like again out of lack of variety in mid level franchise pizza acceptability, however I will always retain the taste of farty broccoli that overpowers the mediocrity that overshadows the competitions crappy product that pizzavikke clearly relies on for their superiority...
