Filing a complaint to your head office, Jan 21 12:30 PM. I wanted to order an English Muffin, Hash brown, Small Ice Coffee offer meal that you have on your Tim Hortons phone application. It is freezing cold out and windy so I was trying to show the cashier my phone of the offer that I was trying to order. And right away starts to give me attitude and started making comments "I don't know what you want, I need to pick multiple things for you" etc. So I was trying to say give me a second let me read it, it's just super windy and cold. But I get cut off and she continues to ramble and complain that she doesn't know what I want. So I said, can you please wait and listen to me, I am going to tell you exactly what items. She then stopped and placed my order. Then she 'Throws' the debit machine at me. I pay and then 'toss' it back at her too... I move to the pick up window and asked the packer what's your cashier's name. She wouldn't tell me, but told me that's our manager. I said good enough for me. When I picked up my food, I accidentally dropped my hash brown on the floor, but couldn't go back because I was so upset at the manager's customer service. As a hardworking immigrant, I've found solace in Tim Horton's unwavering commitment to quality and affordability. This Canadian institution represents more than just coffee; it embodies culture, dedication, and professionalism. Every visit to Tim's (and I've made many) has left me impressed and grateful. The consistency of their brew and baked goods is matched only by the warmth of their service.
My go-to combo? A Bagel with Cream Cheese OR Bluberry Muffin and a Small Black Coffee – all for under $10! This affordable luxury allows me to treat myself twice a week, a ritual I cherish. Thank you, Tim Horton's, for making this possible. Your breakfast options have been my lifeline, fueling my mornings and energizing my spirit. It's more than just a meal; it's a testament to your understanding of the working-class mentality. You've made it possible for me (and countless others) to start the day with dignity.
Thank you again, Tim Horton's, for your unwavering dedication to serving Canada with honor. Your team's efforts are a blessing to many. I raise my cup to you – cheers to exceptional service, unparalleled value, and a legacy that warms...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and it honestly saddens me to write this. Ever since I was wrongly accused of calling head office to file a complaint (which I did not), the customer service towards me has noticeably changed.
It’s disheartening to feel like I’m being treated differently. I’ve observed staff smiling and warmly saying goodbye to other customers, but when it’s my turn, the tone shifts to poker faces, minimal interaction, and no friendliness like before.
This isn’t just a one-time thing or one staff member it seems to be across the team. Most of the time, my order isn’t made right but I’ve never complained, because I understand what it’s like to work in customer service.
I never expected to feel this way at a place I once enjoyed visiting regularly. Honestly, I’d rather make my coffee at home than come here and face the hatred in those looks. If anyone from the store is reading this, I truly hoped things would improve, but it doesn’t seem like that’s happening. I don’t think I’ll be...
