99 Mythic Taste — Restaurant in Ottawa

I didn't know what to expect, other than they sell giblets. I couldn't read the sign or website. I was intrigued... Turns out it's finger snacks you eat with beer! I grabbed some hearts, liver, bamboo shoots, algea, fish tofu, ... All tasted great and authentic (nothing like my Caucasian-self has had). It was all in the textures.
