Literally the best sandwich ive ever had. I struggled with my decision, Omer, the manager (I think) was super confident and decisive in his answer, and he suggested the sandwich I was leaning more towards (beef brisket and cheddar). Anyway, good vibes from the manager and customer service. And they made the hell out of my sandwich. So delicious. Softest most perfect sandwich bread. Heavy with ingredients but well balanced. Literally just the nuts of sandwiches. I'm usually on keto diet, but I took December off so I could be a fat boy... But I'm stoked to learn they have chopped salads. Their delicious food, excellent service, good vibes, and keto options... I'm gonna spend a lot of money here. Nice work, team! If you haven't tried this chain, you're missing out bro. OH! And they weren't cheap with napkins which I appreciated. And the manager gave me and my gf some super fresh cookies. I'm so pumped about this level of service. This is what I'm always trying to get my employees to do. Top notch customer...

Firehouse Subs is legitimately one of the most impressive places to eat out in context of what they are serving. Firehouse Subs unlike it's competition(at least locally) delivers high quality and authentic subs. I think it's fair to claim other sub chains make subs that you could honestly make yourself. In the end, the "competition" often offers either fake ingredients or something you could make at home while half asleep.

Firehouse Subs although being more pricey, makes high quality subs worth your money, time, and satisfaction. I honestly don't think there's any competition that comes close(quality wise) in the subs department in Ottawa.

The proportions to price ratio remains valid, while offering variations of delicious meat subs. The subs are not bloated of ingredients either. They know what works, and they're there to do it.

Lastly, the staff are very kind and welcoming. So if you're reading this and have been sitting on the fence of trying a new place, I'd strongly recommend giving it...

Just happened to be in the area and the Firehouse subs restaurant caught my eye. I thought, why not give it a try. The first thing I noticed was it's interesting firehouse style interior and the boldy colourful decor. This made me feel that I was in a higher level sub shop. I ordered the Smokehouse beef and cheddar medium sized brisket and enjoyed it. The meat and bbq sauce were very favorable and the sandwich was complemented well by the fresh bun. I wished that it was a bigger sandwich, but, when looking at the suggested calorie rating for that type of sandwich I think what they provide is more than enough to satisfy my body needs. The staff were friendly and service met my expectations. I will come back again when in the area and I think you will enjoy Firehouse subs as well.
