Partner suggested we go try this food truck as it's her favorite. I had the two-piece fish and chips special, and we split an order of the cauliflower bites.

The cauliflower bites were really good. Not too much batter, and the cauliflower was still a little crispy and crunchy on the inside making it perfect. The Chipotle mayo dip sauce was a perfect addition.

The fish and chips was all right. I will start by saying I'm not a big fan of fries, so their fries are nothing really to write home about. Well cooked. Nicely browned. A little too salty. The fish was really nice. Very nice fresh tasting fish, and the batter had a very delicious flavor to it. Unlike a lot of fast food fish and chips trucks, there wasn't too much batter on the fish which was perfect.

The only thing negative that I can say, is that the batter fell off the fish really easily. That could be because it was poorly done, but unlikely. It's a lot more likely because we took the fish home to eat it there.

10/10 would recommend, and we plan on going again as they were out of key lime pie and I was told that it's one of their best reasons for going. Might try the po'...

A below average fried fish food truck. The fish tacos were disappointingly bland.

Order: Two Fish Taco Platter ($15.50 each) x1 The fish and batter were perfectly cooked The batter was plain and didn't have any spices that I could taste The amount of guacamole on the tacos was incredibly small The taco was bland due to a lack of seasoning (more salt please) The beat and sweet potato kettle chips were crisp and a nice change of pace from standard fries Most of the kettle chips were missing salt (all of the kettle chips at the bottom got 90% of the salt) More sauce would have been appreciated The coleslaw was an average vinegar base slaw The texture of the tortilla did not feel right (felt similar to stale)

Atmosphere and Site: Plenty of outdoor seating that appears to be shared amongst another food truck and a brewery

Service: The food order took over 20 mins to come out, which is incredibly long for a food truck (there were 6 orders in front of us) The staff...

Quality. Value. Customer Service.

As soon as I got to the window, I was impressed with the friendly interactive service, greeted by a smiling face and cheerful demeanour started the experience on the right foot! They are quick and efficient, I don't think I even waited 5 minutes, from order to delivery. I had the calamari po' boy and it was delicious. Calamari is hard to master, at the best of times and this was exceptional. It was tender and spiced well, on a poppy seed roll with fresh toppings. The first chip I ate was mushy and tasted greasy, but, not to worry, the rest of the chips were crisp and delicious!

My one gripe would be the cole slaw. For my taste is was super watery and flavourless. I added some vinegar to it and it perked up.

Excellent value for the price, I will certainly go back and try other...

This was a recommendation for a cycling destination from downtown. Well worth the trip out along the river. Easily the best clam chowder this side of Boston. So tasty and packed full of different seafood delights. An absolute steal at $6.50 for a medium. Will definitely head back for more this summer...the fish and chips were very well done. The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter was delicate. Tartar sauce and some coleslaw on the side finished it off nicely. The chips were very well executed, lots of different root vegetable flavours (I was expecting British chip shop style chips, but the disappointment faded fast!) Finished off with a kitchesippi beer in the sunshine...on the grass as the patio is closed. Staff were friendly and chatty and kept busy with the line up.
