Burger King — Restaurant in Ottawa

Honestly I read the reviews online before going here. I thought that since the reno it would be great. Sadly I was 100% wrong. I ordered a bacon and cheese crispy chicken burger combo plus 2 apple pies, came to $18.50 (around there.) First off the place was empty besides a couple eating. The girl who served us was cleaning, didn't acknowledge us for 2 mins, no smile, no hello. Finally got acknowledged by same girl. Ordered. Was fast. Sat down to eat (table was dirty when girl just "cleaned" it) opened burger, took a bite and noticed the lettuce was reddish, cheese was hardened around the edges, chicken was so dry and old looking, like it sat under the heating lamp for 2 hours. The fries were however fresh and good, the pie was dry and tasteless. The Gold Peak lemon iced tea was water with a bit of flavor. Won't be going back there. Also, the staff were unfriendly, rude and look so unhappy to be there. I just don't understand why it's so difficult to make fresh food for your customers. Do you not want your customers...

I went to the driver through two days in a row. Both days served by the same angry lady. No lines ups, no urgency, just me forgetting to tell her I was using a coupon before I placed my order. When I got to the window she seemed annoyed ,upset and rude because I didn't know I had to tell her prior. That was the first day, the second day I told her I was using a coupon but it was not good enough for her because I was not able to rip the coupon from the flyer fast enough. A person that worried about loosing their job or is trying to keep it does not act like that. Perhaps its a family and friends run business. If you are management and reading this, you need to teach a thing called customer service to your employees. And btw, getting your friends and family to right you good reviews to cover up your garbage service only works for a while. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS...

Horrible service. Drove up to drive thru, there was a car in front of me who ordered. Time was 9:36. The gentleman tells me they are now closed. When I asked what time they close, he says "between 930 and 10 to give them time to clean". I had to wait behind the car who was waiting their order. When I got to the window I asked for corporates number. The employee rudely told me look on the website. I said, "you must have the number for head office dont you?". He was going to provide a number to the manager but then said come back tomorrow, closed the window and walked away.

What type of customer service does this location provide? Making up their own hours to get out earlier. They could have solved the issue by placing a cone at the drive thru indicating they were closed (3 other cars came behind me). Employee was rude. Did not provide any contact...
