Stuck their fingers in my food and became rude when I complained.....
To the boy with purple/pink hair working the window you need to learn some manners. I understand some people can be fussy but your co-worker stuck their fingers INSIDE my blizzard. This should not become a case of you becoming rude and annoyed with me simply because I complained and POLITELY asked for a new blizzard to be made. You should not give me a dirty glaring look and become rude, simply apologize (which you did not) and make another one that adheres to the health and saftey standards set out by dairy queen. Instead you spoke with the employee to make me new ones and only filled the cups 1/2 way in a way to get even for me speaking up.
While you may be a teenager who doesn't care or could care less about how you conduct your self in buisness I can assure you the owner of that franchise does. And they will particularly care to see this review of your co-workers sticking their fingers in food. The owners have a family to support, they will care I no longer bring my buisness to their location and anyone else who may read this review and go elsewhere.
It costed me $16 to learn your buisness does not have sanitary conditions/employees and to go elsewhere. What a disappointment as I use to frequent this dairy queen often with my family (1-2 times a month). You just cost the owner 400$ a year.
This is why they won't/can't pay you more then minimum wage as you can't even do minimal work.
Thank you for the terrible...
Read moreI hate to write reviews like this, but unfortunately it needs to be addressed. I have been to this location a few times. The same man who serves the front cash is very unhappy. As a restraunt manager I am not quite sure what it could be. A bad day, or a position that needs to be changed in terms of rotation from drive thru to front service. Either way, seems like this man absolutely hates his job or people. I felt very uncomfortable to the point I ordered my son an ice cream and not my self because I felt rushed, I was being uncomfortably stared at like I needed to make up my mind and hurry up. With sighs, moans, and groans.. I have enough respect that if there were to be a line behind me I would have let others go first so I could choose something. No one was behind me. This man works in a field of customer service, where families come to grab a treat to make smiles and memories together.lets keep that in mind. Thank you to the man who made our ice cream. Very polite and served...
Read moreEvery time i come to this diary queen, the moolattes are always different! & every time i order a moolatte, the staff always seems so confused about what I’m ordering. I can never taste the coffee flavor strong enough.
I’ve tried the regular one, vanilla, & mocha. I must have gotten lucky with the mocha once because you could actually taste the coffee flavor. When i tried the regular flavor, it literally just tasted like a vanilla milkshake. I ordered a mocha moolatte today, really hoping I’d get lucky like last time.. but no, there’s SO much chocolate mixed in this drink, i almost couldn’t drink it.
I just want a moolatte properly made for once. :( especially for the amount I’m paying for. I’m going to TRY requesting more coffee syrup. It’s frustrating playing russian moolatte when they cost so much! :( i really wish i knew how to include pictures.
& they never garnish the whipped cream accordingly to flavor like the pics show either but that’s not my...
