We recently ordered a "Build Your Own Pizza" from Domino's with a hand-tossed base and selected toppings: onions, jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and olives. I made an order for a pizza from this location an hour ago. I waited 45 minutes and eventually the tracker changed to delivered, although I did not receive the pizza. I called Liam, the store manager and he spoke in a rude arrogant way claiming that he called my phone multiple times and I did not answer. My phone did not ring at all. I was waiting the whole time with my phone beside me. And let's say my phone has a issue and it did not ring, I had provided my apartment number and there is an intercom available right at the entrance. They could have used their brain and rang the intercom using my apartment number or tried sending a text message. When I said that to Liam, he answered in a rude way saying that if I did not pick up my phone, I would not pick up the intercom! Ordered two pizzas online for pickup and asked them to be ready for a specific time. I placed my order two hours before I was going to pick it up. When I got there, I was told that I would have to wait five minutes…No problem. After five minutes only one pizza was ready and the other one had not even been put in the oven. I was told I had to wait longer. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I’m not sure why they ask you what time you will be picking up, if they can not have your pizza ready for that time. Needless to say, I left with only one pizza and when I got home the pizza looked like they ran out of toppings. I think I will have to look for a new location to...
